@@thedifferenceincolour7341 imo on what was said in the video I doubt they “abuse her” since she’s a 12 year old she could be false claiming like any other person does when they know they are caught for their own doing. Unless there was proof of them actually doing it then it would’ve been stated she is a Child that’s underage and could be drinking with people who seem WAY older than her which is illegal and running away and being rude . Clearly the step father and mom were worried and of course they’d be acting like that because she is the problem she’s been running away which clearly means she doesn’t care about her family or her safety what about her real dad? It could also be her own biological father doing that because she stated “I wanted to see my real dad” and her resulting to go run away to see him might imply he might be teaching her that it’s okay to run away without permission with her bio dad and her mother. The horrible thing that's worse than the senseless, permanent damage little, socially-normalized or ignored malfunctions, bullies by design or choice like this insignificant thing seen here called 'Alex' is and did, is that the warning signs are all there, and one of them is simply the way they look or present themselves, hidden in plain sight or careless in blatant evidence.
The sickness built into modern society (or allowed to be sick, which is just as likely) is that we reduce the number of people who see it happening and can act on it but also are bound not to, or don't wish to act, and the victim's only other method of action- physical response, in the moment, appropriately- becomes the default action and on that is acted immediate censure. Fascist tactics disguised as progressive, forward minded thought; half-right, but entirely wrong for the integrity of humanity and overall trust of others. Thus, the horror of a status quo is reinforced.

In the first scenario, my heart actually breaks for Katherine. Her mother sits there at the end blaming the juvenile system when the origin of Katherine’s behavior is obviously a dysfunctional home life created by the parents.
I totally agree! She’s clearly going through serious mental health struggles, and at that age most cases are caused by trauma at home. I hope she ended up getting the help she so desperately needs. As an adult who put themselves in dangerous situations as a young adolescent, I’m seriously scared for what happened to her while she was drunk around adults
moms almost never take the blame , its always the boyfriend (hers or the kids) or the "system" or her baby daddy or w.e other damn reason they can think of ..

Lol same but dad would have killed me and ik why she is saying she being abused it because she doesn't listen and do wrong things and her step dad is trying to decipline her by whooping her but she think it's abuse
I personally can agree with this. My mother and father would’ve made sure I wouldn’t see sunlight EVER again if I acted like this to police officers 😭
Thats because your parents taught you respect and cared to teach you things like that. Unfortunately the parents of these types are terrible parents. I actually feel sorry for some of them. They just needed love, direction and discipline and their parents failed them
True but I think there’s a lot more going on than what’s shown like mental health issues and personality disorders, still not an excuse but they need help
Me too!😅😅😅
If the video of Deja wasn't the FULL vid. THEN I WANNA SEE MORE OF how much she was a physco😂
I would have received an ass whopping of mythical proportions if I aced like these kids and my parents found out😂😂
Amazing how they ALL go from pretending to be a badass to crying and having tantrums like a toddler.
Especially the fairy
i mean... they're all children. they don't understand what they're doing and are only doing it because their parents themselves weren't emotionally intelligent enough to handle the responsibility of a child. of course they're going to freak out when confronted by police, it's only natural. EDIT: this is not true for the last girl, Ariel, but i do think it applies to everyone else. children view the law as the be-all end-all of society and life in general, especially when they've had encounters with the law before. to be arrested or detained as a child is to watch your world crumble around you, you know? it's very scary.
thats how kids are lol
well if there parents are bad at parenting no wonder there acting like that. i 100% blame the parents of the person in the first clip
@@Celeste_779no seriously, like … they’re kids??? LMFAOO
Being 12 years old and drinking with adults is crazy. But what’s even crazier is having 3 assault charges on an officer and 4 battery charges for attacking your mother at only 12 years old.
man if my parents called the cops on my brother he would get life in prison
I wonder where they went wrong as parents. No kid pops out of the womb as a full-fledged basket case.
@@dootdewt That kid for sure has issues, and I have a strong suspicion it has to do with her mom and dad divorcing and her mom getting a new man. Maybe they had a toxic relationship and had a nasty divorce, and she got traumatised by it and is acting out because of it. Of course, this is purely speculation, but she definitely has serious issues.
@@illyGalSloth I think you’re absolutely right. Messed up situation usually equals a messed up kid (not their fault, but the perpetrators of the situation). It’s kind of like crapping in a bucket for 12 straight years and expecting a perfect creme brûlée to form out of it. Bad parenting costs more than they can foot the bill for.
It’s insane. I thought i misread the caption and said it’s twenty years old. Bro when i was 12 i’m busy reading fanfics and watch and do kpop dance in my room

For the first one:
I like how the kid is trying to tell the cop that her mom "always smoke weed" but she still cared that the fact that her kid is in a stranger house surrounded with alcohol.
Smoking weed might not even be illegal in their state. That comment means nothing.
Seems to me she’s making things up. If this is truly the “third, fourth, fifth time” then I’m sure the police would have record of that and some type of evidence to call CPS to investigate.
Just watching her talk about her step dad you can tell she has resentment that her real dad is no longer there and she refuses to accept her step dad as a father figure.
I guarantee this is a “you’re not my real dad” situation
i think she needs a lot of therapy, she seems immensely traumatized if she keeps running from home
@@confusingpuzzlesit sounds like the other mom is pumping her full of drugs and alcohol and wants her house to be a party house and those young girls are prey
not only that, the kids outburst is completely understandable. based on her saying that she had to go through the same issue 5 times and yet none believes her. her anger is completely understandable and the fact that all of this is barred down in her heart and having none to talk to. The cops didnt understand that and treated her the same way others did, like shes crazy, like she already knew they were about to send her to a hospital,
@kevinarzola4781 Are you implying in the second sentence that a 12-year-old who exhibits unusually high levels of anger is merely "making things up"? If so, I find you to be a bunch of liars. How are you going to claim that a 12-year-old who witnessed the treatment she received from police officers is making this up? Her angry outbursts, in my opinion, are the only thing that are calming her down because of everything she's going through at home; the police, on the other hand, were clueless about the situation and didn't know how to handle her. You can't simply assume that she doesn't accept her stepfather as a father figure because you wouldn't know whether she tried or not, or what she's observed from him; in fact, she stated that "they verbally abuse me "I genuinely think that a 12-year-old must be correct if they say this. It's strange that the creator included this in the video; pardon the cops' actions. She will not only be publicly humiliated, but she will also lose trust in police because of their mistreatment of her. You're also disrespectful for downplaying the gravity of the situation to something as trivial as "you're not my real dad," since that not only completely ignores the background information, but it's also bad. Get more knowledge and cease being naive.
The patience that these cops show is beyond amazing... I just couldn't.
yeah same man thats crazy
I hate framing it this way in case it's misconstrued... But man oh man I have to imagine there's some level of satisfaction when someone like Deja "gives them a reason"; that is, to make it clear physically that they aren't running or in charge of *SHIT* In the situation like they seem to think they are.
Not with the cocomelon bowlcut 😂😂😂
I love how the mom is blaming the "juvenile system" for her daughter's piss poor behavior. No honey, the juvenile system is there to clean up _your_ bad parenting. Take some accountability for your child and actually get her the help and support she deserves, and maybe try actually talking to her why she's so adversarial towards her step father. And if it's true the mother does bad mouth the girl's actual father in front of her, she has her own special place in hell.
YES I’ve been looking for a comment like this THANKYOU
Right?! I was 12 once and I have 3 grown children.. If I even DREAMED I called my mom a biotch I better wake up and apologize 😂😂My kids, never even had to spank them because they knew better.. All I said once was, try me.. They said they would rather go to jail than deal with me.. This little shizz needs to be away from her mother and get someone that can actually help her!
Seriously? Had my daughter in counseling, at 17 Her BF’s mom had her lying and running away. When I tried to get her back she said she would call the police. I called the police. My daughter did NOT have to come home. I could do NOTHING! But I was responsible until she was 18. Pregnant at 19 also
Actually, both are in the wrong. Yes I agree the mom was a bad parent but the juvenile system is also too soft. The whole western world has gone soft thanks to identity politics, Karens, social media and cancel culture!
@@ulfberht4431 If you think the whole system has gone soft, you're not paying attention.. For the wealthy, also been soft, for us, no... The issues with the juvenile system is that it's as broken as the adult system.

That one cop who calmed down alex deserves so much respect. Just taking the time to talk probably greatly affected how that kid will view the police

It won't, unfortunately. That kid will go right back to the exact same behavior the first chance they get. They're already a lost cause.
