I am so sick of parents complaining about their kids being at home. You wanted kids, you now have time to spend all your attention on them. I love to be at home with my boyfriend, we have so much time for each other and do stuff together we normally don’t have time for. I lost my stepdad 2 years ago July, since losing him I have had extremely strong and high anxiety. It hit’s randomly out of nowhere and the thought never leaves my mind. He was taken suddenly and out of nowhere.. everytime I have a pain in my chest I instantly resort to death as it’s terrifying, even though I know I’m gonna see the Lords face one day and I know that I will have a place in paradise but it’s so so difficult for me to turn off the thoughts. I have a beautiful fiancé the love of my life and 3 beautiful baby girls. I just want it to go away. I can handle the anxiety but the shortness of breath,shakes and assuming that I’m gonna die is eating me inside.

I lost my stepdad 2 years ago July, since losing him I have had extremely strong and high anxiety. It hit’s randomly out of nowhere and the thought never leaves my mind. He was taken suddenly and out of nowhere.. everytime I have a pain in my chest I instantly resort to death as it’s terrifying, even though I know I’m gonna see the Lords face one day and I know that I will have a place in paradise but it’s so so difficult for me to turn off the thoughts. I have a beautiful fiancé the love of my life and 3 beautiful baby girls. I just want it to go away. I can handle the anxiety but the shortness of breath,shakes and assuming that I’m gonna die is eating me inside.
