How to make DIN (MIDI) 5 Pin to RCA Audio Left/Right Adapter. The adapter can be made using RCA Female or Male connector with the same pinout.
Pin 3 for Left Channel (White)
Pin 5 Right Channel (Red)
Pin 2 Ground (Sleeve)

It is important to know that pins 3 and 5 are input and pins 1 and 4 are output. Pin 2 is ground.

I have a 1950's amplifier and it has an old fashioned 5 prong receptacle. It needs to be converted to a 1/4 inch standard guitar plug. Unfortunately, I don't have an adapter unit and I don't know if they even make one for a 5 Pin to 1/4 inch female I'm not sure how I'm going to do this repair. Do you have any reference source. The 5 pens are 4 in a semicircle and one directly across in the middle instead of what I usually see as 5 in a row in a semicircle. Not sure if I'm making sense here but do you have any advice?

I have no idea. First, try to find the pinout, and then you can do it in the same way. Most manuals have the pinout described. These manuals can be found by searching the device name and pdf/manual. Hope this helps a bit for a direction.
