Well, in my opinion we may as well scrap all except 1, 3 and 10. Some of these people are trying to DO Freddie and that's an impossible task. You cannot become Freddie (although Adam is doing great with Queen). You have to have all of the elements of Freddie, and then throw tremendous showmanship on top. Remember Live Aid?? Who can command an audience that huge to sing for you. He was perfect that day as always. So......not possible on this show. Some are great singers, just NOT Freddie.

1st guy was awesome. The guy from Indonesia gave I Want To Break Free a heavy metal twist making it his own, so very impressive. The guy from Croita was pretty good.
All in all, this was entertaining and I enjoyed them all but nobody beats Freddie. Yet, gotta say the first guy knocked a home run. Still, Freddie knocks all his songs out of the park! The Universe! RIP, Freddie. Bet you enjoyed them, too!

I think my two favorite songs by Queen are: Who Wants To Live Forever and The Show Must Go On, followed by so many more that all tie for third favorite!!! I thought you guys had gone completely NUTS by starting out with what I thought was the ultimate performance. But then the young girl's song wet my eyes and I started reconsidering. The third is magnificent but maybe the show overpowered him. The fourth guy is raw rock power but has no dynamic between soft and tough parts. On the other hand, the fifth guy masters the dynamic and plays the piano and he sings great. Next guy performs OK but has absolutely no charisma but stares on the floor as if reading the lyrics off a monitor. But then comes the horror show and a version of "I Want to Break Free" that really stand out from the crowd as brilliant. Going from horror to Crazy Thing is just genius by Best of the Voice and the good performance swings and makes you smile. But sadly number 9 takes on too much to chew on; this song requires a voice power that only very few artists have and while he does his best his voice is too light. However the powerful voice came in the final song, though it was very short and without any dynamic parts of the song. Overall this compilation is superb by its variety of genres.

How I long for a day where a video of a Queen's cover comes and with no comments saying "Freddie is the best, nobody can be him" because of course that's a given, everybody knows that. They're not trying to be freddie, that's why it's called "cover"
