Don't worry follow which is active when pre approval coverted into electronic Work permit the system show cancelled and other active because its validity is two months only both have reverse cases.

What do you mean by work permit Visa is based on labour work permit, having visa and change status, you are allowed to do medical and visa stamping.

brother i have got labour card which will be expired in two month but when i check electronic work permit information there shows pre approval for work permit though i got printed version of labour card
This is only pre approval, they should submit your contract and fulfill other formalities
