      Hey buddy, nice video!
I was thinking of a small hack about the mag clip. Rode has made a mag clip for its wireless mics, that comes with a metal clip and a magnet. Can you see if that fits for the Ulanzi?

Thanks! Ooo that is a great shout. Think that could work well. It does boost the overall price by $30 if you need two but yeah, great idea.

Ulazi records with extremely low audio even with +10 Gain and max volume in settings. How were you able to fix this issue when playing back audio?

Only downside I noticed is that it's really sensitive to rubbing sounds. The sound of your shirt or when you accidentally touch it is bad. Otherwise it's Indeed Great

Can you record audio with the mics just as a stand alone recorder.. If I don't wanna power up the receiver can it record?

Yes it has built in recording. It is slow when transfering from the Ulanzi to PC but theyre audio files so it shouldnt be that bad of a transfer.

there`s no way this audio was not tempered with in any way shape or form. it sounds too good for the price.

I can guarantee you I didn’t touch the U-MIC audio in the audio quality section of the video. That is what I got direct from the mic. The rest of the video is the NTG-2

@@DigiProTips it sounds really good. under 100$ is one hell of a price. it leaves a lot to be desired though in the mounting department. those clips are not what you want. does the receiver have any way of mounting to a camera? like a hot shoe or screw type or anything really other than a clip?

Unfortunately not BUT another commenter did say about the RODE mag clips which would work well if you wanted to magnetise it to your camera rig.
The U-MIC receiver clip does fit a cold shoe mount but it’s not secure.
