Fun fact about periods: chocolate, fast food and all these kind of food can led to having a more painful period sometimes. Going for a small walk or taking a warm shower/bath can help with period pain :)
No one takes my chocolate and grapes away from me! And don't put me to walk because I walk like a duck at least the first day 💀. But a shower is not just for the pain but necessary as well for sanitary porpoises
I always take a piece of dark chocolate on the first couple days and it does wonders to my serotonine levels cause they drop so low w/ my periods. Just in case, Lindt made a 100% dark chocolate so if y'all like really dark chocolate then this is perfect😉👌

Here’s the story of how I almost stabbed my dad while I was making dinner (my mom broke her leg and I’m the oldest so I had all the responsibilities- though it didn’t add much to my schedule) I was cooking dinner and I was on my period. I asked my sister to finished and my dad asked why I asked her to finish and I told him I had really bad cramps. (Background info, My mom and aunts have a disease and my mom got her pancreas removed because of it and she doesn’t get periods anymore cuz of it) she told my I was over dramatic and I had a knife in my hand. Long story short I was sent to my room and stabbed my wall with scissors instead 😅
Him: “ jezz you over here scaring me for life” Me: “ excuse me but I am the one who thought i was going to die when I got my period because my dad had called the ambulance and they came and everyone was freaking out and my mom was in a different province with my siblings” 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
