The music changes depending on the situation. It is dynamic, this means that when you are fighting a tough battle, you hear the first music played here, when you are fighting a losing battle you hear the second music played. It's pretty cool actually. :p
Just some extra info... British music is composed by Ian Livingstone and performed by the Prague Symphony Orchestra...Still hoping for a cd release here.
t-34, 11 o'clock, load HEAT rou...... is that a potato in the 88mm, dienhart? sir, i dont kn- who cares fire anyway we directly hit the tree 25 to left of that tank... everyone here is getting court marshaled, right after we run back to berlin
COH was created for its use of very fast tactics. If you were to add both, the maps will literally be spammed with them and that would be boring. The british, americans, and germans used small-numbered troops to take on seemingly impossible tasks, and most succeeded without SPAMMING them.
I agree! Brits do have the best battle music. The other factions music doesn't really spur you on to fight harder like the brits's does =P. At least that is what it does for me ;)
The PE campaign is awesome. Campaign isnt ment to be impossible. its ment to as a fun thing to do on the side as an almost tutorial with the new units. Online is where its at
No the weren't, not once the German's started pushing into their territory. It was something like 1/3 of them actually had weapons. The only reason they could keep tanks on the field was because the factories were so close to the front lines, and the tanks were driving right out of the factories into battle without quality testing done or anything.
Personally, I think the British have the best battle music. That's my opinion, of course. And I don't think the different command trees have different battle music. Would be a pain to program that in, I think. Probably just fixed by faction.
The 2nd part reminds me so of Batman. Nonetheless - This, mah friends, is the power of game music :)! If somebody says you are a geek or freak because you are listening to game music, punch thy that is in the face - so says Psalm of Chuck Norris Vers 93.
how do they program the dynamic music into the game... well... its got to be easier than what nintendo did in LoZ: TP, in castle town where theres three different songs with almost identical melodies but different instruments... and they made it to where when you moved from one area to another the new music would start off where the old one stopped
And at 2:07 to 2:33 is like commandos attacking from gliders. 2:57 is the final victory over germany. This soundtrack has the spirit of the british army.
haha im not the same person you were talking to. i wasn't defeated because im not even involved in this argument. i am merely an outsider pointing out your grammatical mistake! =D
Ist hard to make a game like this with russians. T-34 would have to be cheaper and better then shermans and PzIVs (no game balance). Russians had no troop carrier so they would have to ride on tanks. A basic sqad would have 10 men but 5 would have no rifles. NKWD MGs would break any suppriesion of infantry. Finally the powerfull russian rocket launchers on trucks.
*LET'S SEE HOW MUCH JERRY LIKES THIS 25-POUNDAH*
3:00 the theme always playing during the battle of Caen. So epic!
probably my fav song to listen to especially hearing all those British gentleman swearing haha
Man, I wish the other factions had music this good...
CoHs musics are so perfect
love playing as the brits they sound so professional
Thanks a lot for extracting the music!

HE 117, charge super. 0313 degrees, angle of flight 1 degree. 7600.
"Look at that. It looks like the 4-wheeled piece a shite I had back home"
I totaly agree. Such a shame there is not any kinda of Collectors Edition or anything with sound track.

U're right. But u forgot one thing. Italy. I wish COH have all the country from Sudden Strike!
