That is SUPER RAD! I SO wanted a LEGO model as soon as I saw that ship on the show!
Too bad that the instructions are less than stellar.
Are these the same instructions as provided by the designer on rebrickable?
Unsure. I think they might have been an earlier version that have since been corrected by the designer.
The designer, 2bricks, has recently commented on Rebrickable to say that the WeBrick instructions are not the same for the reason that WeBrick do not have equivalent parts to many of the official Lego pieces used in this design, which is what causes the problems described in CollectionDX's video. If you want to build this MOC properly, I'd suggest going to Rebrickable and buying the instructions there.
I'm currently assembling one, also from Webrick... just got to the frontal part assembly... same issues, same bad instructions. I even saw that you are also missing the same trapdoor piece in the interior. I love the design, but the instructions are a nightmare. It's not good that a month later from your video, Webrick is still using the same instructions.
when the hell do those laser blades get used? I dont remember that. i do remember the flechette stuff in the back.
Luthen activates them and does a barrel roll to take out some ships. One of the coolest parts of the ship from the show.
