Thanks for the video. I realize this is an older video but thought maybe it could help you to tell you a mistake I have made with conversions imperial/metric and state plane. Be careful with your imperial to metric conversion. using .3048 you're using international foot conversion not US foot or survey foot. on small numbers it doesn't make much difference but large numbers like state plane coordinates it makes big differences. Here in Oklahoma it makes about a 4 foot difference. lesson learned the hard way
