Of all the channels and different rigs, I don’t know why I love the Death Star the best. Thing just looks like a tank. Can’t wait to see more on the trailer.
I know, right? Actually, I sometimes think it is a bit of a cheat code compared to most rigs he wheels with. A lesser rig will be more challenging, and exciting, to get over the same obstacle. Mike just needs BIGGER obstacles to get that maximum pucker factor in the Death Star!
Ho Mike and Shawn I really love your show can you do more new show for all of us please we will be waiting for you ok I will always praying 🙏 for you and 🙏 shan and Rory and your family and friends ok and please be careful out there ok 🙏 and please 🙏 be safe 🙏 ok 🙏 you have a wonderful day and have a good night and day ok love Lorilee 🙏 xoxoxoxox
Mike's rig can be said that it has the bare minimum amount of parts need to get the job done and get to where he want's to go. Almost looks like something out of one of the Mad Max movies.
Great driving! On just about anything I drive, especially foreign cars, I swap in an old-school Chevy alternator. Dependable, cheap, and available new, rebuilt, or used anywhere in this country.
Nice scenery. I would guess the output is different between the alternators as well. EFI motors generally has a much higher electrical demand than a carbureted motor.
Mike, thought you put music to your trip up to fix the vehicle, but is was the rhythmic squeak of your ride😁. it sounded like dramatic type movie music. John here, from the back-roads of Northeastern Tennessee.
That's why I got rid of my Toyota. They've NEVER made things easy, every simple repair has to be a massive fight and uphill battle. Changing the alternator on 3rd gen 4Runners is horrendous for next to no reason
I'm so glad I listened to you guys at the off road games and I downloaded the onX offroad app. It's kind of fun when I'm watching some of you guys and you say where you're at I can pull up the app and see it and then decide if I want to go there or not.#onxOffroad.
99% of the time the internal voltage regulator goes bad. All you had to do was split them open & swap the voltage regulators and it likely would’ve been good to go…

Such a geologically beautiful place.

Always take the part with you - to the parts store or junk yard -
Fix the old one!Alternator's are simple . Thanks for the great videos!
Love that deathstar its and awesome rig mike 💯👍👍👍
great as always great scenery
Mike that buggy is a beast
Nice views! It's the Geico gecko! 🦎
I had a 1980 Datsun 210!!! Bought it NEW! 😂
God I'm old...
The 1980 Datsun 210 came out 3 years after I graduated from High School, so would that make me older or younger?
Bonus point for the Cat 👍
Life & times of Dirtbilly Deluxe 👍😎✊
Thumbs up, great video, always enjoy the scenery, lots of wheeling
The views are majestic,
I can't imagine all the water and wind with time that created such a natural beauty.
That looked like the original car- a - van next to the toyota😅😅😅
Everythings worth it ! I enjoyed the view thoroughly ! Thanks mike
Mike always helping somebody. Johnny maybe you should scrap some of those vehicles and buy a new alternater
Love the Imperial March sound effects.
Kane Creek has got to be one of my favorite trails in Moab because it has what most don't WATER and SHADE
Oh man. Never a shortage of projects. Keep it up Mike and Shawn
Bud the Cat says: Y'all F-Up, so y'all fix it.

It's so cool that you's put out all these videos. Every time I look there is a new one. 😂 Love watching this channel
Bro, that rig is badass!

good job! wow! dirty!
Swap the regulator board, check the slip rings. Aside from bearings, these are the failure points of an alternator.
If the cat cant figure it out, I cant see how ya'll are going to figure this one out
Your an awesome friend Mike.
Really wished we had places like this in Kentucky, but we do have trees 🌲
And I'll bet that Moonshine in Kentucky taste better than the Keystone beer these guys were drinking.
@@scuss2 facts 🤣 our shine is killer and we don’t buy it from a store ,
It is impressive how rough that trail has become.
Please keep the videos coming, can't wait to get to moab and check it out thank you for all the awesome scenery shots
Looked like a great day out wheeling, thanks for sharing, all the best to yous and your loved ones
Deathstar is a beast. Great video as always.

Poor little Johnny 😂😂
That truly is the death star

Ole Boy in the Blue UTV holding up the CV SHAFT.. CALL THE MATER IM OFF THE CLOCK !! 😂😅
Great scenery out there, be safe Jon UK
👌👌👌
I did the gm 1 wire conversion on my 22r. Trail gear has a mount but definitely check the welds before you install them.
The 22r and 22re alternators are WAY different, I learned that lesson the hard way myself. The hard way is the best way to learn I guess...
Awesome stuff 🤘😁🤘
I like it
Liked the Death Star music
🤟🤟🤟
Gotta get you a Darth Vader bobble doll for the Death Star🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I thought you wouldn't fit😮😅😱😊😎🙋🏽♂️
Mike did you put some interior into the Death Star? I'm seeing clean white where I remember rusty dirt! Looks slick!
Shenanigan based Shenanigans? Subscribed.
👍🏽👍🏽
Another Great Video 👍 Great content, keep up the great work!
Toyota truck alternators are always a pain.
I like the only clean part of the engine is the 22R that’s hilarious
whosa pooting lol 🎸🎸🎸
💖💘💖
Where is Taylor?
👍
I was shouting at the monitor to take both alternators with you when you were scavenging the new one..
So we are on this part of the trail, we are going to that part.
✌🙂✌
Dang it
Definitely have to go Wheeling or release a video on May 4th!!!
Ha..I was the 1st.....Alt.creek..😮
Can't wait to make bad decisions 😅
From Johnny's camp over to Dax's place? That's a drive. What route did you take?
We went down Kane creek trail!
@@dirtbillydeluxe Yup! That's what the video description says.
This ist the first comment

I didn't know there was a salvage yard back yonder.
