We're the ones who are Holy not the place. His presence is in us not the place since He dwells in us. He's in us not with us unlike in the old covenant. Still, dressing code never arouses God's anger bt worship of Idols other gods do. Dressing code is about morals that affects us physically and has consequencess of either temptations to sin or reputation wise. It's good and important to dress respectfully especially in the places of worship incase there are those weak in faith so that we avoid to stumble. Moral living has nothing to do with eternal life bt has consequencess especially in our bodies which is the temple of the Holy spirit.
