Is it just me, or is it that Susanna's voice sounds even better the less accompaniment she has? Here, with just an acoustic guitar, no autotune, nor chorus singers, she sounds absolutely perfect. Don't misunderstand. I love her versions with the Bangles and all the vocal harmonies and instruments. It just speaks of her tremendous interpretative talent.
Her voice is so pure, thats the reason why she sounds better almost alone. There is a hint of sadness, but we have to admit that her band, the Bangles, is one of the few that play with joy. That band keeps the joy in rock, the joy of the Beatles of the first years. They have fun and pleasure when they play.
