How to make a DIY Tablet Cover

- Hey Guys its DIY Friday and I have something new for you guys as always. A lot of people asked me to make phone covers and tablet covers so I decided to try one and it came out really well so here it is. Most often tablet covers are expensive and also you might not find the desired colors. In this case you can choose the colors and the patters and make this cool DIY yourself. You can make it for your yourself or it also acts as a very nice gift. So go ahead and make it, if you do don't forget to click pictures and share them with me.

Wow ! Rob . You always come up with a full proof idea of making any 'MAD' stuff. Not only does it look pretty, but the beauty also has a physical justification to it. Splendid job Rob . Keep making more people cheerful. Your Art & ideas simplify my day to day activities. Now when i see plastic bottles, i do not dispose them right away. Instead, i keep it aside safely after washing them properly, for trying some 'MAD' Stuff with it. Thanks to you Rob.

I'm way late commenting. I love this. Got tired of my tablet cases having the plastic edge or clips on bottom breaking because all the weight in easel mode is there. I've had e pensive to cheap. I love you show the process! I sew so will try some several ways.mYbe the way you did. I'll add a waistband stiffener sold for sewing to strengthen the hinge parts. I was thinking oh it doesn't have kick stand until you flipped it. I upcycle keep a lot of denim jeans. So many ideas. I may try to sew inside out to have all seams inside. But thanks for the process!

I used this video to make covers for my Amazon Kindle Fires, 7", 8", 10.1". The expensive store thought covers wore out over time. I found appropriate sized books at a thrift store for $1 each. Thanks!

normal glue is a bad bad idea!

This was a great video and just in time because I was looking for a tablet case. I made it using recycled paper and fabric; I threw some paint on the back of old calendar and I also added an inner storage pouch. Thnx 👍
