Auntie if she has an upset stomach you could give her porridge or khichdi or bread dipped in soups and bananas too. If you dont mind pls , avoid too much sweet stuff for kids as it makes them more hyperactive too.
Also to prevent stickiness in pindi di sabji- after washing the pindia, lay them out on napkins and wipe them dry individually before cutting. You dont want to do be double frying them in oil again as its unhealthy and the veggies lose their nutrients! Love pindi sabji with hot rotia!

There is no stickiness once you dry fry it like Mama Zaid did. Dry frying removes the sticky liquid it releases.
