Excellent "short" Peter on how to correctly start the downswing! This is one thing I pay attention to in my golf swing. I know that if my shoulder comes out with my right arm away from my side and not down with the right arm close to the side, I am in trouble. I hope more golfers pay attention to your brief bit of advise!! Well Done Peter!
