But the huge challenge is having a spine with both torsion scoliosis and Scheuermann's disease, and being 64 years old. Yes, I'm still doing ballet, but my pirouettes will always be a hit-and-miss affair! Whenever I feel down, I watch a video of Daniil's amazing dancing, and that immediately puts a smile on my face.

Excellent tips! I can finally finish a whole pirouette still in balance and going soon to two pirouettes. Serge Lifar level of class. Smart. Precise. Clear...The only difficulty is to memorize his name. Thank you Daniil Simkin.
