Some recent additions to the game include:
- Enemy juggling!
- Special titles awarded to players for reaching certain thresholds in levels
- New SPARK BOTS
- Updates to map UI including a loot meter
- Sewer Kid mutation bonus buff
- Thought-provoking moments that make aliens question morality…

I’m confused by this. (even if this isn’t very related to the video) how come the aliens in the original game took one damage to die if I’m remembering correctly.But the aliens in alien hominid invasion can take multiple hits?
I don't think thats any game related lore thing, I'm pretty sure nobody liked that feature, so they removed it so you take multiple hits, but I think they will add it to where you can take only one hit

There are elements of that, but I wouldn't classify it as a roguelike entirely. You can set it to remove all of your items on death or keep them, up to you
