Haha me too!
Oh the inuendos 😂😂
Welcome to SG! Hope you had a great time here. I'm from SG myself. Thanks again for visiting!
If only planet zoo are to have more fascinating birds....I'm sure you will have san bernadino bird park....
How good are the Singapore zoos!! I’ve been lucky enough to visit from Australia twice, and spent a total of 8 days at all of the zoos. Planet Zoo come to life ❤ I’m so glad you got to go, I know how special it is to see species that aren’t in your region.
Yeh they were amazing!
I’m going to definitely take some inspiration from these habitats and put them into Planet Zoo. Going to zoos are great and they are all full of inspiration.
I shouldn't have watched this, I'm way too jealous! Fantastic video!
Thanks Goron! Obv it’s a once in a lifetime trip but if you ever get the chance…
@@ZSHplays it's on my bucketlist for sure
When I went, the highlights were the baboons and the orang utans from main zoo (their habitats are solo cool plus the orange utan were alot more active when we went). We were lucky when we went to river island that they were feeding the red pandas which were climbing above us. The lions were the best at the night safari but the massive flying foxes/bats in the walking exhibit created a new fear for me as one flew into my face and I firstly didn't know there were bats in that exhibit so was quite a shock😭😭
No way! That must have been terrifying 😆
Very well edited and not taking too long for a habitat. Very nice to watch
Thanks!
The view of the leopard you had by the mesh is very rare! You’re really lucky, in my hundreds of visit to sg zoo, i’ve only got that view once!
Oh wow!
Now I want fish in Pz 😂 looks amazing, I'm in awe
I would love fish! Just add them as an ambient effect for water bodies and I'd be happy!
I didn't realize at the beginning of this video that it's essentially a Disneyworld style zoo. I thought you'd be driving all over the country.
No, all in 1 convenient location 😁
Wohh you have really captured the same lush feel in the San Bernadino zoo series! Seems like you had a great time, you deserved that so much! I'm really excited for the next season 🌺🌿
Thanks! I’m busy building Penguin Cove as we speak!
🐧❄️❤
welcome singapore so happy u are here enjoy
He's my fav UA-camr every Saturday I search San Bernardino zoo bro should have 60 billion subs😜
I liked my own comment hope you do to same zsh plays
Haha that would be nice 😆
Makes me want to fly to Singapore and see them for myself, maybe next vacation hmm
Great vid as always
Go for it!
FYI, ORANGUTAN means Person of the Forest in Bahasa. You shortening it to Orang cracked me up. It's like, this person here and that person there, oh the person is really active, swining around. It's wonderful that you enjoyed the Wildlife Reserve! Come back again!
Haha I actually knew that but didn't think about what shortening it would sound like 😁
We seriously need the kind of pieces necessary to recreate these zoos as they would be so cool to bring to life in Planet Zoo. If we do get an Aviary Expansion, I would love it if we were to get proper aviary pieces and many of the birds from Bird Paradise, as it is certainly one of the most spectacular parks. That waterfall was simply magical.
Always want more pieces!
They should add manatees to plante zoon it would brilliant
Yes!
This was great, thank you. Well put together and amazing shots of the animals.
Thank you very much!
"I don't know hw high this mesh is, but I would estimate.... very." 🤣
A rare attempt at comedy there 😆
it fits that there are cicadas in the back of the grey kangaroo exhibit. at the caravan park where i go every christmas, there's plenty of grey kangaroos and cicadas. one year we had to wear muffling earphones because they were they loud. maybe it's just the part of australia i live in but there are cicadas everywhere
Cicadas are the most annoying animal 😆
You Should sometime go to Burger zoo in the Netherlands. Its a very beatiful place and also has a large forest area with large bats and alot of birds and stuff. One of the things it has wich this zoo doesn’t have is an amazing aquarium. Sure it doesn’t have electric eels bit it does have sharks and barracuda. Its an amazing zoo wich is definetly something you can sometime go to.
Yeh I've heard it's good. Maybe 1 day!
Hey there! I looked up zoo franchise series as I’m getting prepared for the console launch of Planet Zoo and I’ve just caught up with your San Bernardino series. I am a huge fan now, it’s really interesting because you’re not only full of tips on the game but you also have a genuine interest in animals and zoos in real life, so it’s this really intriguing combination and your passion for this just leaps from the screen. I know you may not notice when you’ve got one additional view on each video but I’ve spent weeks now just watching everything you’ve been up to, so thank you for all the wonderful content and I can’t wait to engage in real time now as you release new videos! Also, I live just outside of San Bernardino in real life and I’d kill to have a zoo like this on my doorstep!
Thanks! I may not notice 1 extra view but I certainly notice comments like this ❤️
I need to book a holiday to Singapore.
Do it!
The Parrot at 19:40 looks like a male King parrot! They're beautiful and really cheeky birds
Thanks for letting me know!
Incredible Video! Its giving me so much inspiration on what to do with my zoos in Planet Zoo! Can't wait for more San Bernardino Zoo and how you will apply aspects from these beautiful enclosures to the zoo. Thanks to you I shall start a mini Tropical zoo featuring packs such as the Tropical DLC and the Southeast Asia DLC! And also finish my zoo that features African Savannah and Jungle inspiration on San Bernardino Zoo as well as cool wetlands and tropical animals. Thanks for sharing this beautiful video and experience with us!
Thank you!
It's neat to see the real locations that inspire the zoo you are creating! I can certainly see the inspiration.
I think I have learned a surprising amount watching you build and talk about zoo's, and how they are run
That's awesome!
“i would estimate… very” is killing me
😁
So good 😂
thanks for visiting singapore mate
If you ever visit the US you have to come to New York! We have 5 zoos in the city alone including the Bronx zoo
I'd love to see the Bronx Zoo! So many classic buildings!
Night Safari was awesome.
Yup!
I love the flying foxes. They are so cute and just so wonderful.
Oh they are so cool!
Wow the zoo is amazing
It is!
Were you lucky enough to spot any wild colugos? They should be somewhat common living in the trees in and around the zoos in Singapore.
And the bird in front of the crowned pigeon looks like a Nicobar pigeon
Great video, not jealous at all
No, I did see an Asian Water Monitor though!
@@ZSHplays that is also very cool!
Amazing vid, it just hits different when they're all so large by area, and have so many species to see. Makes you wanna go back again and again.
Indeed! I just realised I missed the Sea Lions completely. Didn't even know they had them, that's how big it is 😁
This was a brilliant tour ZS and very timely for me. My husband said I can go anywhere for a special birthday in a year or so and this tour helped me make up my mind as to where one of the first places I'd like to visit. I am such a huge fan of both you and your planet zoos. No wonder you do such inspiring habitats in your Planet Zoos. Getting such great inspiration from these trips.
That's amazing! I hope you love it! I can highly recommend Gardens By The Bay as well, incredible botanical garden with the chance to see Asian Water Monitors & Small Clawed Otters in the wild if you're lucky!
this is a wonderful video -- really cool to see such beautiful animals and your narration is great
Thank you very much!
congrats on the amazing video and the beard ;)
Haha! Thank you!
Aww did they get rid of the false gharials beneath the siamangs at the start? That’s a shame, I loved that exhibit, such a cool combination
They're still there according to the signage but I didn't see them
@@ZSHplays interesting, I checked their website and the map of the river safari shows false gharials where the Chinese alligators used to be, maybe they’re moving them between facilities?
Big turtles also shoot water out of their nose- I worked in an aquarium and we had a large loggerhead. She would eat salmon. When she ate, the blood from the fish shot out of her nose. We always had to feed her out of view of the guests because it was pretty gnarly, haha
Ew that’s gross, I love it 😆
Awesome video! I’m hoping to visit all 4 of these zoos during my visit in May, did you find renting a car to be helpful? Or is public transport just as good?
Thanks! I just taxied everywhere, they have their own equivalent of Uber there, very convenient
Amazing video with perfect narration. So well done, my friend :)
Thanks again JP! So glad you enjoyed it!
Yes! Love this content
Thanks Matt!
Thank you so much for sharing your tours with us. Really, it makes me look forward to play PZ for a decade to come, because there is just no limit in what we can get inspiration from. I ususally avoid the tropical biome, but this makes me want to try again.
No problem! Glad you enjoyed it, tropical is my favourite as you can go so crazy with the planting!
love the tour! such a lush zoo 🌿
It really is!
Oh these parks look gorgeous. It's nice to see how different a zoo can look in a very different climate than I'm used to, and especially the night safari. It must have been awesome to visit. The downside is now I'm craving freshwater turtles and squirrels for planet zoo 😭
So am I! And fish!
Wow... what an absolutely incredible experience this must have been!! Thank you for sharing it! ❤
Absolutely loved it!
I am normaly very sceptical of zoos but I am actually positivly suprised. Hope you had fun
I loved it!
The fragile forest made me realize, I can just but walkthrough exabits in walkthrough habitats! Great tour I'd love to see more. I loved the Komodo dragon
its making me want to visit more zoos, I've only been to one in my life. Been a few times but still
I've been to about 30 and I want more haha
Goals, next time i travel fr
SO cool to see the bornean orangutan in the same habitat as the asian small clawed otter. thank you for this tour I hope I go there some day :)))))))))))
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thank you so much for putting this video together and sharing it. What an experience!
No problem!
Mad Professer is crazy!!
Hah! Such strange birds!
Thanks for the great video. 👍 Now I want to see all four of the zoos. 😅
Thanks!
WOW!!!! Beautiful tour! It was actually nice that you put a face on Mr. ZSHplays :-) Beautiful Zoo! :-)
Glad you liked it!
What an amazing experience! I hope to go there too, you have been such an inspiration after all i have been binge watching your videos as your detail and reality is on point. Ive only been to Auckland and Wellington zoo here in New Zealand, seeing more amazing zoos and sanctuaries would be a dream. 😊 keep up the good work 😉
Thanks! Yeh I loved it! I actually used Auckland Zoo as inspo for the Arctic fox habitat at Tekton zoo
Amazing
They are!
What an amazing tour! You’re good at this❤
Glad you liked it!!
Thank you for sharing this, I really enjoyed it. 😊
Glad you enjoyed it!
Wow wish i could visit
Well worth the 19 hours of flying!
I think the bird at 20:43 is a Nicobar Pigeon, a close relative of the crowned pigeon, and closest living relative of the Dodo bird
Ooh cool, thanks!
Hey man, you should visit Burgers Zoo in Arnhem, the Netherlands, they are the first zoo that used domes and they are absolutly beautiful.
Sounds good, you’re not the first to recommend it, hopefully I’ll visit one day!
@@ZSHplays I absolutly love their mangrove dome the most, it also includes manatees
@@arnevanbrussel5700 ooh that sounds good!
I loved seeing all of the inspiration for SB
Excellent!
Love the tour you should try and make some thing from each zoo
Thanks! So far I’ve done 4 habitats from Singapore Zoo in SBZ & a couple from the Night Safari in my Moonlight World zoo. I’m currently building the penguins habitat from bird paradise 😆 Just need to do something from river wonders,
Wow 🤩
Stunning isn't it!
@@ZSHplaysindeed
Pretty cool! I'd love to visit those parks one day, although I don't cope well with heat and humidity, so the visit must be exhausting.
It’s very cloudy most of the time in Singapore so the sun isn’t too hot but it is very humid!
singapore is so big and nice
It is!
Hopefully you checked out the Philippine Eagle aviary, only in Singapore you can find these majestic eagle species outside the Philippines and they were loaned here by PH gov't for conservation purposes. The eagles even got their own passports during their flight from PH to SG!
And btw, amazing zoo tour video! 🫡
I did! Saw one but it was right at the back of the aviary and I couldn’t get a good shot, amazing birds!
nice video... I have seen the Proboscic monkeys in the wild once.... In Borneo rain forrest, wild experience;)
Wow that’s amazing! I’m so jealous!
@@ZSHplays amazing animal❤
Very nice, Im stopping in Singapore on the way to Amsterdam. Might check out a zoo.
Ooh nice! You in Australasia?
@ZSHplays Yes, a New Zealander. Love traveling, but it's very long to get to certain places. That's why I stop a night in Singapore.
Cool. If you only have time for 1 I would do Singapore Zoo. @@Harrebs
It'll be good inspo for when I get planet zoo on console 👍 @@ZSHplays
King Parrot at 19.40
Awesome! Thanks!
The tigers are the coolest
Great view!
You forgot like 13 habitats from Singapore zoo and I am pulling this purely from memory after living in Singapore for my whole life:
White Rhinos
Cheetahs
African Wild Dogs
Zebra, wildebeest, and ostriches
Fossas
White Tigers
Pygmy Hippos
Red River Hogs(now replaced)
Malayan Tapirs(now nyalas)
Mandrills
Saimangs lived above false gharials
Tree Kangaroos
Cassowaries
That species of Turtle is obviously a ‘Squirtle’!
😆
Great video! I can see why you were putting off putting it all together, there's a LOT to see in this video and I'm sure there was plenty of footage that didn't even make it into this tour. You may have inspired me to plan a trip to Singapore 👀
Thanks! Do it! I did 4 days in Singapore and 10 in Bali and it was incredible!
I’ve been here, im going again this year
Lucky you!
There’s a section of Night Safari that has a faux cave with stalactites and stalagmites - when we were walking through, a flock of wild microbats flew in around us and roosted in the rock work. It was so fun! Did you see them too?
I didn’t! I remember that section though
I would love to go there. Cant wait to see references in the zoo
There's a big one next Saturday 😁
@@ZSHplays 😁
As a Singaporean I can confirm all of this is true
hello fellow singaporian
Your are a so good builder you need more followers❤
Thanks!
It's a little shame you didn't show the shoebill exhibit. It‘s quite a very rare animal in europe.
He was hiding sadly. Same with the Kiwi st Night Safari, I’m gutted!
Got a great narrator voice mate
Thanks! 3 years of making videos will do that to you 😁
Some of these habitats are extremely depressing. The Asian small claw otters have a torturous habitat... The poor veiled chameleon... The gardening in this zoo seems to be absolute top tier though.
The night safari looks like one of the most unique zoo experiences!
The aviaries seem to be rather spatious which is rare but very nice to see.
That being said about the zoos. You have a very nice pacing and naration for your compilation of these zoos! I'd kinda really like to see you go to one of those kinda minimalistic German/Austrian wildlife parks.
It just occurred to me that the Otters don't appear to have enough water. They may have more in the offshow part of the habitat, it seemed to be at least the size of the onshow part. What was wrong with the chameleon? It had by far the biggest habitat I've ever seen one in! Bird Paradise was incredible!
@@ZSHplays Asian small claw otters are river animals, not pond animals, but I dont think that is the problem. Its that they also kinda need much more tree coverage; they are basicly agoraphobic outside of the water and want to be under the cover of leaves.
As for the chameleon, he does not have enough branches. Chameleons dislike walking on the ground, or flat surfaces, and really prefer to be clinging to branches at all times. Walking on rocks might be harmful to them.
But those mostly seem to be issues out of ignorance and not because they wanted to be cheap or anything. All those enclosures seemed more than spatious enough.
@@Langharig_Tuig interesting. The otters offshow area was heavily planted so that would mitigate it I think.
Well glad that you came down to my country and visited our Zoos. Maybe next time you return you'll be lucky to see some of our species ya missed
Especially that Pangolin someday
I hope so!
Reptopia was my favorite, I have 13 reptiles at my house
Wow! I have 3 cats so I have some catching up to do 😆
13:44 Chief Baboon is getting some action
Oh there was A LOT of action in that habitat 😆
i wish we could do something like the fragile forest in planet zoo the water pools and curved path
It’s do-able, if we get any more appropriate animals in the next pack I plan to re visit my version and improve it!
The amount of detail in this video is CRAZY
It’s an amazing zoo!
I really need to get myself to these zoos, they look absolutely incredible. What animals that you saw would you like to see added to Planet Zoo?
Tamarins! Sugar Gliders, Manatees, giant salamander
@@ZSHplays yeah they would all be fantastic, would really like to see the Hamadryas Baboon, Fishing Cat and of course many of the birds at Bird Paradise would be much welcome additions to the game. The Sri Lankan Leopard too would be a gorgeous species to see in the game.
How did you feel 2 days was for visiting? Was it rushed doing two parks a day or was it alright
Planning a trip myself and not sure how long to give myself there
As long as you get an early start it’s fine. Enjoy!
You should visit Zoo Duisburg there's a Lemur Island and you can go on it one time a melanistic White Ruffed Lemur climbed my leg and even let me pet it😳
Aw cute!
The bald ibis looks like hes about to say Welcome To The Velvet Room
😆
Can you review Batu Secret Zoo in Malang, East Java, Indonesia, one of the most favorite zoos in Asia
If you pay for my flights to Java 😆
@@ZSHplaysbet, how much ist?
What was your favourite animal in the zoo?
Penguins, manatees & the leopard I think
14:00 I'm sorry, WHO'S GIRAFFE??!
Haha. Rothschild’s, I believe a member of the family was a huge animal collector back in the 1800s.
How many other exhibits from these zoos will be used in San Bernardino zoo?
Hmmm. I’m building one as we speak! Maybe more in future
That bird at 20:45 is a Nicobar Pigeon
Thanks!
What is the first song?
It's the theme from the Planet Zoo South America Pack trailer
@@ZSHplays thank you!
TBH tis might sound a bit cringe but i want to be like you went i grow up
Aw that is so sweet! Get yourself some qualifications in animal management or architecture and then you can work with real zoos rather than virtual ones 😆
