what mode is he playing? cause from the champ select, it doesnt seem like its solo/duo, flex nor clash
he plays on a special client for pro players, that's why it shows the marksmen, support, etc.
How does this champions queue work? It looks like a different pick/ban process compared to all the custom games I can create and it also looks like all the champions are open to everyone. Is there a way I can create a custom like this with friends that I am missing or is it something exclusive to some orgs/players? Thx in advance.
It's a special gamemode on a unique tournament realm. Only people in champions queue have access.

"Getting that 5 extra cs," isnt just greeding gold or to pad your cs numbers. Pushing a wave in before going to a fight, objective, or even a simple roam/rotation is wave control basics. Wave management is one of the most important jobs as an adc because it's one of the few things we contribute to the team in the early game, so this is especially true for the bot lane role. Not only does DL get gold from pushing the lane in but it gives his team lane priority if they wanted to fall back into that lane during the fight, it denies gold/exp to the enemy team as the minions die the turrent, and a very important one that goes unseen or many players dont understand is keeping his "tempo" going. Theres probably other things I missed but not gonna go into the nitty gritty, but at the same time, just like all things in league..its case by case scenario. 100% pushing that wave in before moving to the fight was the correct play this time around, but sometimes sacking that wave and being 5 secs earlier to the fight could also be the right move. That's league for ya, hope my insight helps! 🤓

Champions q is specificly designed to give top players a competitive low ping environment. The servers are in LA where they live.
