It's such a shame that Ai Hoshino had to die I really liked her. It also reminds me of how an Idol named Sayaka Maizono (Danganronpa) died after being stabbed in the abdomen by a knife.
Two of the original B-Komachi members Takamine and Nino made their appearance in chapter 132. But the other four members (Meimei, Watanabe, Ari & Kyun) did not. I still wonder what happened to them and what their currently doing after they quit being Idols. I really wish there could've been an Oshi No Ko spin-off Manga that focuses on other Oshi No Ko characters including Minami Kotobuki. Heck a What If Manga would've been great too. Fans should definitely request for Manga's like these.
Some ideas for spin off stories , manga or light novel (spoilers): 1. Akane, in an interview (Oshi no Ko manga Ch. 166.5) seems to be at a crossroad, unsure her future ("Not wanting to imitate others" "Be myself" "Start her journey of self discovery" , obsessed in occultism). And in the novel "Futari no Etude", she seems to be delving too deeply in occultism, obsessed in ressurecting the dead Aqua, that she has to be warned "not to take the road to hell" by Tsukuyomi herself. So, the spin off story may be Akane's (mis-)adventures in occultism, and Tsukuyomi's role in her (mis-)adventures. This spin off is a must because her story in the manga (and novel) is very open ended, and she deserves a happy ending because of her role in Oshi no Ko as Aqua's loyal partner , amongst all, in finding Hikaru, the mastermind behind murder of Aqua's mother and , later , becoming a decoy for Ruby. Either she ends her obsession in occultism, returns to be an actress or that she becomes something else - Psychologist? (And , in some popularity charts, she is also a favourite among fans) 2. Hikaru's back story, his childhood , his other murder victims. A story from the villain's perspective, something like Joker movie (starring Joaquin Phoenix) or The Penguin TV series (starring Colin Farrell). 3. Frill's story. She is a mature , experienced and elegant actress, despite of her age. What was her childhood like? How did she become so mature? Why does she resign from entertainment industry (ch. 166.5) ? What happens after that? What was (and is) her relation like with her elder sister, Koromo (a minor character of another of Aka's work : Kaguya-sama Love is War) ?
i love that the video talks about the anime and not really about the manga which has alreaady ended and the ending precludes some (or even most) theories about the show
Does anyone think both Yukine Hayakawa and Mero Setō from *Jellyfish Can't Swim in the Night* deserve to get complete comeuppance for their actions like Hikaru Kamiki and Fuyuko Niino? But not the kind of comeuppance that gets them killed like Hikaru.
By any chance has anyone heard of any Music, Dance and/or Japanese Idol-related anime that are going to air this year like The Colors Within (anime film), Kimi to Idol Pretty Cure♪, Maebashi Witches (anime), Princession Orchestra, and/or Project SEKAI the Movie: Kowareta SEKAI to Utaenai MIKU (anime film) by any chance? Just asking out of curiosity that's all, but try watching them if you ever get the chances. Also I think the last one is based on the rhythm game Hatsune Miku: COLORFUL STAGE! Project Sekai.
@414Anime well at least i found another channel that uploaded a lot of oshi no ko vid contents for a year.. And hopefully they will do more..but that channel is zephyr ~♥︎ U both are the best oshi no ko content makers ever~♥︎
SPOILERS! Its such a shame that the ending was so rushed and poorly written. For starters, Aqua did NOT need to die and he acted like it was the only option and didn’t even consider the impact on his sister or his friends. There was no good closure on most of the characters either. And Ruby’s character development. Earlier on (I think around chapter 90), Ruby finally realises that she doesn’t need to be like Ai. But then in the final chapters this was all just undone. Oshi no Ko deserved better!
Why?! Why does the mangaka want to explore the relationship between Aqua and Ruby?! One, they started out with a huge age gap between their original selves! One was a doctor and the other was his 12 year old patient! Two, they are now full blood related siblings! in terms of genetics, it might their issue for their children, if they have any! Three, they were raised together since their infancy in their new lives! Granted, they had all their previous memories from their past lives, which of course brings back their age gap in their previous lives. I like that this series tackles real world problems and issues with the Japanese and probably other countries' Entertainment Industry. I understand Japanese fiction has some sort of thing with Incest. I know the Sun Goddess and Moon God were both siblings and married/lovers in Japanese myths. I know other culture's myths also incest including western myths. However, I also know real world incest generally involves CSA or SA in general and general some type of unfair power imbalance/dynamic! Also, this has caused the decline or disappearance of many a Royal or noble family! So how will this be written, will it have the real world implications, or will it be fetishized/romanticized?! If it's the former then it will be tragic! If it's the later, then it kinda goes against how Oshi no Ko tackles things! Just have them resolve to be siblings and comrades for goodness sake! And if these two need to have romantic partners, maybe give aqua someone who died as an adult and reincarnated with all their memories around the same time aqua did! And give someone like her former doctor, but actually in her age range. Please don't have it turn into Oreimo situation! Also, both siblings obsession with their own mother was kinda creepy, just sayin

*Great choice for an iceberg video* 👍🏻

Great video!!! Kazeno and Pieyon shares VA, so maybe they are the same person in the akasakaverse
Ai is so beautiful. Such a sad story for her
This reminds me of what happened to Delutaya as well. She has recovered thankfully though. Be kind to one another ffs. ❤
Aka only kept Akane because of their similar names
Hey, 414Anime. In a future video, can you please do 5 facts about Rias Gremory from High School DxD?
Dang, everything went to shit in the world after kaguya graduated
I love Akane. But, I'm team Kana

Where's the Tokyo Blade arc being similar to Iron Princess arc in the Iceberg ? (ToT)
How is the anime?

👍😎🍺🍩,
Pretty lackluster video. Every single topic in the video should have been the very tip of the iceberg.
