Yeah and unlike John Deere some of Toro’s mowers have very genius features, and some of their mowers have the decks so well designed they can tilt back, forward, left and right too, and the controls are also a bit more simple and easier than some of John Deere’s mowers
Toro is good too, some of their mowers do the same kind of task but with a different sized engine and simpler controls

I run an 8800, we have one of these too. I dont understand the rigid casters, if I turn with them down they inevitably skid laterally across the ground, it seems like this will really stress the deck mountings.

If you ran a Toro Groundsmaster 4500d you shouldn’t need to worry about the decks as they can tilt either way due to great designing
I didn’t know John Deere had rotary mowers like the ones by Toro. I totally have no idea if John Deere came with them themselves, or if they were inspired by Toro, or opposite

@PoptartFps Toro were making green keeping machines well before John Deere.
Working at a prestigious golf course with this and it sucks the cut is rough and uneven and skips lines cuz the rollers are too big so it flattens the rough and misses it and also the blades out of nowhere will shut off on you for no reason and has been down several times due to the rear decks not coming up and it leaks hydraulic fluid everywhere and have John Deere’s or Finches guys out constantly your best bet is to save your 70k and spend a extra 10k and get the Toro Groundsmaster blows this thing out of the water.

our golf course bought this exact model 9009A this spring, its been at least 2 months+ at John Deere this thing cant get up little mounds , only one tire operates in the back when trying to go up and just spins , they have been trying to figure out what is wrong for over 2 months . Last friday we got a call that they think they figured it out by selecting the weight transfer option and adding to the front instead of the back, so he tried it at a dead stop in front of a little mound and the thing still cant go up...isnt this suppose to run all 4 wheels cause ours isn't ...does anyone know the solution to this problem?

@@JohnDeere the rough mower is at our John Deere dealership in Grand Falls,NB , they cant seem to figure out the problem...i'm a worker at our Golf Club and we have Toro rough mower that used to be great but its way beyond its prime and keeps over heating and this 9009A is suppose to replace it but all it seems to be able to do is cut flat surfaces and golf courses are full of mounds and hills and it struggles to go up the smallest mounds forget hills...anyway hope they figure it out soon or return it to the place they got it from...we need one that functions properly i've seen your videos of it in operation and it goes up hills like it should with all wheels turning...but ours when going up hills only one tire in the back turns and spins and all the other tires seem to chug so its not normal for sure
