That unit could be nice for 1 person. Two or more people would be climbing over each other. Also not having space for something as simple as a tv makes it a little un-functional. The kitchen is like walk-in and back-out. Very small.

For $1000 AUD it's very poor quality compared to luxury in Bali for 1k
I am not sure if you've picked this place but I also stayed across the building where Starbucks is at the corner. I love that area. If you go inside Mituskoshi mall's food area you'll find a lot of very good choices of restaurants. It's also a block away from Uptown Mall. It's also close to Pasig City and San Juan Greenhills shops.
