Actually you already picked up the vibe when you went in and said it feels “old” and also you mentioned the basement gave you the creeps before you found the lights but you were so focused on showing the place and excited for the experience, you just passed the signals. Glad you left. 😂😂😂

Nomi I'm from Pennsylvania. Try and visit Lancaster, Pa. which is Amish Country and take the lovely train ride through the farmlands. Thanks for the great videos!🌹
I got the eeriest feeling when you filmed yourself cooking in the kitchen. I felt like I had to keep looking behind you because someone might be there in that archway between the kitchen and hallway 😱
I felt a bad vibe as soon as you entered the house. It felt like you weren’t welcome there at all. The feeling intensified as the tour progressed. There was something there and it was not going to let you stay the night peacefully. I’m so glad you left and went to a hotel. 🙏🏽❤
I apologize in advance if you or anyone that sees my comment is offended. This video made me recall a conversation I saw on a tv interview show (could have been Oprah). It was about Horror Movies and how it didn’t make sense that all these white people ( in the movie) stay in houses when there are multiple red flags that something is not right. It was stated by a black celebrity that black people don’t play when in that kind of situation. They would get out FAST! It was said in jest and got a big laugh. Your reaction just reminded me of that lighthearted interview. No harm meant in this stereotype.
😂😂when she walked in I said NOPE!!! You could tell the energy was “interesting” in there. 🤷🏽♀️ That place has been owned by several people. No ma’am 🚩
Much respect. I'm older now, but the one thing I don't ever regret are my experiences travelling, exploring and doing what I want to, good experiences or learning curves. Every experience changes and builds us, making us the people we are today. Stay Safe, streetwise, aware and kind to yourself and others. There memories stay with us a lifetime and when you're older and unable to travel due to age, health or life ... Remember these times, save the videos and cherish the opportunities and moments. From UK England. I love Alaska, Canada & the USA
You did the right thing. I would have never been there by myself. I'm scary anyway and I am 74 yrs old. I truly love your adventures and pray for your safety always. Keep on doing what you like. Gods grace will follow you.
I was shocked that you didn't notice the lights being out. I too thought you stopped filming and turned them off. I got creeped out seeing the old pictures when you talked about the eyes following you. Always say a prayer when you stay anywhere on your travels. I am happy you left before bedtime. I believe it would of gotten worse.
I know exactly what you mean -the feeling that you’re not alone in the room. Fortunately my experience was good, I felt a sense of calm/peace, not heaviness. I truly believe I felt the presence of God. Obviously you didn’t have peace about what you felt and I agree 100% it was time to get the heck outta there! Discernment is a wonderful gift 😊
When you were cooking I wasn't watching you, for some reason I kept watching the background. I believe you. When you showed us you walking out my heart quicken and knew. Always Always Always trust your gut...no matter the situation.
I definitely know that heavy feeling. You know what you know. Also you're better than me, the kitchen would have been left as is!!! Traveling grace and mercy.
I felt that before you walked in that house giving the tour! I know I wouldn’t have stayed! You definitely did the right thing by listening to your intuition. GOD always speaks to us!!!!
Hi Nomi, The Haines Shoe House is in Hellam Township, York County, over 100 miles from Philly. The house was built by a shoe salesman in 1948. I have never been there, but I drive past it often. I am not aware of the house having a haunted history, but I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience there. Be blessed and safe travels!
@@swellahunt1it’s an old house, I grew up in old houses and they creak and crack, I think seeing all the old photos and realizing how old it was had her spooked.
@@Pitbullempirek There’s a difference between creaks and cracks and footsteps. I’ve experienced all of them. You know footsteps when you hear them. I’ve most definitely heard them before when being in a home all by myself.

Especially, if you’re going to be sleeping in a landmark home. That’s the best way to protect yourself. Go in armed with all the info! ❤

My thoughts too. When I saw the shoe wizard sign I didn't have a good feeling. I pray for safety and thank God for your gift of discernment. Blessings to you always!
Been looking at the history of this on other channels and no one has stayed there since 51', and the entire use since it's existence has only been for Honeymooners. The original owner and builder never used this property. It was always used as advertisement for his shoe business, and for Honeymooners to vacation. Then it was an ice cream shop and museum. It recently got renovated to be an Airbnb.
The first thing I said when you walked in was "I hope it isn't haunted" because I got a feeling watching it. Thank you for your videos. Take care and BOO!
Yup, i felt it too. As you toured the house my thoughts were..."i could never spend a nite in that olace..especially alone". Funny how the energy could be felt just seeing it...not even being there. Your smart to listen to your intuition. Stay safe, prayers up 🙏.
I thought the SHOE was so cozy and quaint, but like you, my butt would of been gone in a second. I believe you. I have had ghost experiences ( well really several but all in the same place) and your feelings are the exact same as mine. Some of mine were even more pronounced and there was no doubt in my mind. It was a house that myself a friend lived lived in. It seemed like bad things were constantly happening there and then when the actual ghost part of it started to happen we knew it was time to go. We moved. Just because you cant see something doesnt mean it does not exist. We actually named it. At first it was Katie. We said she was just hanging out but as things got progressively worse we changed the name to Kirk. I could tell you so many things that happened but it would take too long. Anyway, trust in your instincts. Be safe. Looking forward to next video. From a believer ❤
The Haines Shoe House in York has been there since 1948. It was first built to promote his shoe sales. Nothing scary about it. It was even a mueum and ice cream shop in the past.
You did the right thing getting out of there. I have had similar experiences like that. You just know someone is around you. When you first showed the front door with that man's face on it. I got a funny feeling about that place. Even when you were showing us the place. All I can say is again. You did the right thing. Always do the right thing and leave when you get those feeling or see shadows etc. Stay safe.
Wow I was thinking that when you were doing the tour, I'm like that place looks scary then the pictures were even creepier, So when I saw you high tailing it out of there I figured it was Haunted. Lol .. I would've done the same thing,😊
Hi Nomi. Sometimes these houses stay empty for years, that will able some dark things to enter. It may even be the land, we never know. I'm glad you're ok. Don't forget to ask for protection before you enter other people's home, most people are not aware. Safe journey!!!;) Loved Alaska!
The second you walked into that house, I started getting the feeling. So glad you left. I'm never sure if it's good or what to have those feelings you described, but I'm never one to stick around and find out.

@@Nomadicintrovertdid no one experience it, or did no one mention it? I'm sure you have contact info for the house, I would just mention it and ask if anyone else has mentioned a presence. Many people may have but just don't want to mention it in their reviews.

I went through some cemeteries in Louisiana. Some tours and they told us and always remember this when you leave something where you think. There is a ghost before you reach the door turn around and walk out the door backwards. That way, the ghost does not attach itself to you and it does not go with you. That is what they had us do with these cemeteries. Before we walked out the gate of that cemetery we had to turn around three feet before the gate and walk out backwards

Something did feel off during the tour!! Agree with you on that!!
She still finished the dishes. I would of grabbed my things as soon as I seen that ghost and jetted out.
Facts , I think she wanted to stay positive as possible but that shadow was a reality check! 🏃♀️🏃♀️
NOPE!!!(Like the movie) The basement told me everything I needed to know. Nomi you don't scare easy so if you took off in the night something just wasn't right! 🙏🏼
LOVE that movie!
I loved that movie, "Nope".
That stained glass door was enough for me to be freaked out!!

The way u locked that basement door….. was the it for me
It’s amazing how when we are tuned in, our intuition always tells us what’s going on in the environment we’re in. Actually you already picked up the vibe when you went in and said it feels “old” and also you mentioned the basement gave you the creeps before you found the lights but you were so focused on showing the place and excited for the experience, you just passed the signals. Glad you left. 😂😂😂
💯💯💯💯‼️‼️‼️
I am so happy that you are safe.
Oh my gosh girl ! I got the same vibes when you were showing us the house. Especially on those basement stairs. That place was just too creepy !!! I was on the edge of my seat for you the whole video. 😬🙀
Nomi I'm from Pennsylvania.
Try and visit Lancaster, Pa.

the lovely train ride through the

Thanks for the great videos!🌹
I got the eeriest feeling when you filmed yourself cooking in the kitchen. I felt like I had to keep looking behind you because someone might be there in that archway between the kitchen and hallway 😱
There was someone there.
I felt it too
Me too.😮
I felt the same. I was looking in the background like someone was going to appear. Very creepy house!
I felt a bad vibe as soon as you entered the house. It felt like you weren’t welcome there at all. The feeling intensified as the tour progressed. There was something there and it was not going to let you stay the night peacefully. I’m so glad you left and went to a hotel. 🙏🏽❤
I immediately got a vibe when you walked through the house, especially the curved basement stairs. Strong energy wow! 😮
Thought the same thinb
People get pushed or kicked downstairs for reasons, like hatred or to end pregnancy.
😂😂😂 right cause she ran up outta there !!
😂😂when she walked in I said NOPE!!! You could tell the energy was “interesting” in there. 🤷🏽♀️ That place has been owned by several people. No ma’am 🚩
Yes, we ain’t staying no where it’s haunted. We not trying to go and figure out what that noise was or none of that.
Not even a stereotype; real life! 😂
@@Monroe404No

That door spooked me out. I knew it had to be something because you’re one of the toughest women I see and you looked terrified leaving that place.
Yeah, I was creeped out watching the tour. I could almost smell that basement. 😬
Thank God you left there.

I thought, “am I the only one that can see that all of the lights are now out except for the front doot light?”
Yes, I agree... our intuition is God speaking to us!
Exactly
Hi Nomi, The Haines Shoe House is in Hellam Township, York County, over 100 miles from Philly. The house was built by a shoe salesman in 1948. I have never been there, but I drive past it often. I am not aware of the house having a haunted history, but I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience there.
Be blessed and safe travels!
Because you wasn't aware doesn't mean it's not haunted. The people are all probably dead who knew the real history of that shoe.
i donr research after watching this video has been some cases where people has heard footsteps and door shutting opening and closing
@@swellahunt1it’s an old house, I grew up in old houses and they creak and crack, I think seeing all the old photos and realizing how old it was had her spooked.
I think it used to be an ice cream parlor too
@@Pitbullempirek There’s a difference between creaks and cracks and footsteps. I’ve experienced all of them. You know footsteps when you hear them. I’ve most definitely heard them before when being in a home all by myself.

Just found this video by accident and I loved every second of it!! Felt so wholesome and you’re such a vibe! Thank you for the tour of this incredibly unique Airbnb! I’m in England 🏴 so seeing this was awesome. I’m going to check out your other videos!
Thank you! And I’m a new sub for sure! ❤
Girl! You have got to do your research on these places. It took me less than 60 seconds to hit Google and find out all about this house and the stories of it being haunted. Never go in blind! Especially, if you’re going to be sleeping in a landmark home. That’s the best way to protect yourself. Go in armed with all the info! ❤
Wow, I’m glad you left. I would have too, claiming the blood of Jesus all the way out the door! Seriously, I thank God for the gift of discernment that is obviously being strengthened in you. You need that out in these streets and Airbnb’s! Luv ya! 🙏🏾🤗
I am so glad you left, when you were walking us thru the house, I had the creeps, I didn't like the feeling I got just watching ,so I can't imagine what you felt. Great video, that sandwich looked amazing!❤
I agree. I felt that as well. If the house itself isn't haunted, something might be attached to the antique items placed in the house.
Yes agree. As I watched i too thought something isn't right. this place looks haunted
That was my feeling as well. I know I couldn't stay there by myself. It looked strange. I felt like someone could come in through the basement. I'm glad you left Nomi, never disregard your senses they're there for a reason. God gave it to us to assist in our protection. Much love to you❤😊 Thank you for taking us alone.

Whoa! 1951!
I was born in 52, 72 years old
The first thing I said when you walked in was "I hope it isn't haunted" because I got a feeling watching it.
When you opened the door to that basement, I thought, uh, uh. Couldn't be me. 😂😂
💯 I'm out.
She felt it then. That's why she locked the basement door.
The basement did seem a bit creepy
I know right! Especially when the light came on by itself.😳
@@angiebfromthed7325That old place was so old and creepy. I would have never stayed there alone. Too dated.
Nomi love you, always use the name of JESUS. Nothing nowhere can stand against that name. You have dominion even if you don't feel like you do.💜
This is the best advice and comment.
YES! Audibly call on the name of Jesus!!!

Once I saw the picture, I instantly felt scared!
Hi Nomi. Sometimes these houses stay empty for years, that will able some dark things to enter. It may even be the land, we never know. I'm glad you're ok. Don't forget to ask for protection before you enter other people's home, most people are not aware. Safe journey!!!;) Loved Alaska!
Glad your safe, Nomi. As always, thank you for sharing for those of us who can't get around.
Tbh this will probably only attract more people to stay here 🫠😂 glad you're okay!
The second you walked into that house, I started getting the feeling. So glad you left. I'm never sure if it's good or what to have those feelings you described, but I'm never one to stick around and find out.
I'm so glad you decided to share this. My daughter and I have been looking at "Odd Airbnb's" and this one came up in our feed because it's not far from Ohio. We definitely won't be staying here 😫👻 I'm sensitive to energy like that.
Don’t let my experience ruin what could be a really good experience for you. I looked at the Airbnb reviews and nobody else experience what I experience. Like I said in the video everybody’s experience is different. Don’t let me detour you from giving it a try you might have a different experience than I did.
@@Nomadicintrovertdid no one experience it, or did no one mention it? I'm sure you have contact info for the house, I would just mention it and ask if anyone else has mentioned a presence. Many people may have but just don't want to mention it in their reviews.

Everything about that house gave me the creeps, but I do have to say that I fell out laughing when you were leaving, especially when you said you're not one to investigate! 😂 I like the presence of ghost, but only from people I know & animals. I see my kitty from time to time & my dog. It's a beautiful feeling. The dog that I have now was barking & looking up at nothing, but the presence of a ghost.
I started following you about 2 years ago. How wonderful to know that you are in my neck of the woods Philadelphia. Stay Safe and Enjoy!❤❤
I moved out of NY to a cabin I bought in the early 80s…Pennsylvania is very beautiful..very big…and very old..loaded with history…Something I have learned about Pa..the people are extremely kind..I mean extremely kind..and there is definitely ghosts of the past here..and plenty of things in the woods…while there are big cities..there are more old forests..rustic towns..and things that go bump in the night..I hope you’re keeping a journal of your travels.
The same is true Upstate NY in Hudson where the story of Sleepy Hollow and the Headless Horseman took place

Yes Pennsylvania is like that because of all the history it has, we were home to the original capital of the USA, we also had the battles of Gettysburg
While in Gettysburg, I was walking my dog and met so many nice locals. I know it's haunted reputation, but all I encountered was kindness

Im pretty Sure it's the Owner Mel Shmuck that was with you .She Passed Suddenly at age of 38 in 2019 .She Loved that place alot from what read about and was a Labor of love Restoring it and Making it what is today.
The first thing I didnt like was "wizard" on the door. Then, when you were touring, I kept expecting something to be behind a closed door. I did like that you opened every door but the upstairs bedroom door that may have been a closet on steps you didn't open. That bothered me. You did right to follow your instincts and what you saw. May the Lord continue to bless & protect you 🙏🏾
That bugged me too. Gotta look in every closet.
I said the same thing.
Feeling heavy and slow moving is also known as exhaustion. You were tired, and the basement freaked you out. That's all that happened. Don't read anything whacky into it.
I agree with everyone, It was spooky in the daylight. Yes the basement and the pictures as well were "historic" but spooky. I'm glad you got out..

Growing up in the south, the elders called unfriendly ghosts “hanks”
And now the era of Harris Selected not Elected and Tampon Stolen Valor Walz. Horrible time to be alive.
Yup, that's what I was thinking too but did not want to say it!
i just finished saying the same thing!!! Research before just going! You/we can’t just stay everywhere!!
It looked like a house you would see in a horror movie! It gave me the creeps!
It was such a big place anyway. To many levels and rooms. When you first went in the owner picture in the glass frame door didn’t set right with me. I don’t know if it was the background music that was playing as you toured the basement or what. But as soon as you began showing those pictures on the wall I felt eerie. You did right!!!
Oh man.
I'm from Philly and yes traffic is crazy but that Airbnb is in York, PA

I went through some cemeteries in Louisiana. Some tours and they told us and always remember this when you leave something where you think. There is a ghost before you reach the door turn around and walk out the door backwards. That way, the ghost does not attach itself to you and it does not go with you. That is what they had us do with these cemeteries. Before we walked out the gate of that cemetery we had to turn around three feet before the gate and walk out backwards
I've heard something like that before, to walk out backwards so the ghost doesn't follow you! But I didn't know it's supposed to be 3 feet 😮
Wow interesting😳
@angelaellison8876 Yeah he said that ghosts don't know whether they're we're coming or going so if they see us like we're coming in they won't attach themselves to us as we're going out
I love that you're happy on your own. I am a loner myself, love your videos. Thank you.
