When a zoa overgrows, does it kill another zoa next to it? How do people create these zoa gardens with multiple zoas? Is it a case that once....a zoa groups forms a particular number of heads, then another zoa won't kill them ?
The faster growers shouldn't kill the slower growing zoas, but they'll surround it and prevent further growth. I have a paly colony (same one as Hector shows at 2:30 on the far right side) that's working its way into 3 separate zoa colonies and doing its damndest to take over the whole rock.
That's crazy, those rainbow acans need low light for the colours to pop and remain rainbow, yet yours is high up and you have two AI primes..did you notice any colour drop compared to how it was originally?
No they have always been vibrant and colorful I’ve seen color change in acans in other tanks because of high placement in other tanks but both my acans have always done well on top of my rock work!
