😢從這件事可以見到國民教育到什麼程度，無人想自己有缺憾，他們有無想到或者自己有一天得到同樣的事情發生在自己身上，有何感想，我在英國一間大百貨公司工作，我要去訓練一堂自己坐在輪椅上和遮著雙眼的感覺.在公司來回一個圈，然後去學怎樣去照顧這些有困難的客人，我深深的感受到需要照顧人事的情況，不要用討厭的眼光去對待

近期香港快運，發生很多問題，越來越差。
視障人士搭民航機有專門的安全指引. 例如視障人士要優先上機, 架機未上客之前空姐會帶佢地行一次部機, 行去緊急出口. 相關資料可以係UA-cam同網絡世界搵到, 公開資料嚟. 機組(空姐空少)要接受過專門的訓練, 先有資格去處理有特別需要的乘客. 廉航的機組人數會少過傳統航空公司, 啱啱够民航安全條例就飛得, 唔預額外人手做其他服務. 所以好大機會唔够機組人手比例去服務有特別需要的乘客. 如果乘客有特別需要, 最好提前同航空公司溝通, 等佢地提前安排受過專門訓練的機組人員, 咁就大家都少啲問題. 不過都想講, 航空公司莫財就自然會左cut右cut, 最易cut就係safety training, 做乘客好難感受到間航空公司的機組少佐呢part, 多數淨係會在乎有無雪糕食, 有冇多張氈. 以前傳統航空公司員工的安全訓練有多無少, 而家間間航空公司都睇數, 够飛就算.
再補充一下, 基於安全考慮, 任何時候, 機組都可以以"擔心自己處理唔到"為理由拒絕服務某啲乘客同貨物, 踢佢地落機, 或者唔飛. 例如之前歐洲有廉航機長話機組無外賣Pizza食, 肚餓唔飛. 呢個條例係畀前線機組即時拒絕唔合理的, 考慮不周的, 又或者大石砸死蟹式上層管理安全漏洞, 當然事後要寫報告.

這件事令我回想起93年一件親身體歷。當年一次在啓德機場停機坪一班飛往武漢的包機上，三名已經登機的候補乘客被 Jardine 人員威脅下機好讓遲到的武漢副市長一行六人團隊登機，搞咗3個小時！

But this has to be done in a reasonable, civilized manner. Accusations which lack internal consistency are illogical, words and phrases which are virulent are uncivil, and therefore unlikely to persuade any rational person.

快運給了五六個理由，是因為記者問了不同的人，其實這些理由都有公司規例做依據，都可以成立，不過既然公司給了書面解釋，當然應該用白紙黑字這個為準。
在這事件未成為新聞之前，快運職員可能根本不知道公司已有書面解答，記者問到，就隨便揾一條公司可依例行事的理由回答記者，引起無謂的消息混亂。給記者逮到機會，大做文章😉

Mr Ng is entitled to his opinion, but the writer is, again , bemused by the lack of logic in his podcast.
Mr Ng describes a recent incident when two blind persons were asked to leave a plane and then put on a later flight to the same destination. The airline apologized and offered to pay compensation. Mr Ng is affronted. He repeated twice that the blind persons, who were unaccompanied, were led by the hand by cabin staff to alight, as if such were heinous acts of barbarity. In what other way can a blind person be led safely to leave an environment he is not familiar with?
Mr Ng then goes on to conclude civilization has disappeared from Hong Kong. But how and in what way? He himself said that the pre-2020 Hong Kong society was one which gave scant consideration and respect to disabled persons. If so, how does the airline incident push this to the point when society actually becomes uncivilized?
'Uncivilized' is such a strong period. Mr Ng has lived some years in the United Kingdom and has made laudable efforts to integrate into the English society. He ought to know that virulent, irrational and illogical speech is the antithesis of civilized discourse in his country of residence.
It is not that the two were lead off that was the issue, or even the physical manner in which they were lead off. It is the outrageous claim that they posed a danger, or didn't meet safety requirements, that was the problem.
This is a direct quote from Sir Keir Starmer:
"We must be relentless in our pursuit of a society where everyone, regardless of their background or circumstances, is treated with the dignity and respect they deserve. Discrimination against any minority, including those with disabilities, has no place in modern Britain."
Are you suggesting the Prime Minister of the UK is also irrational and a disgrace to the UK? Lol

The quote is an argument against the narrative that being vocal and a strong advocate against discrimination is not in line with the values of a civilized society, as it was presented by the person above .
