Fortnite is promoting their game on youtube, and the most number of their ads are distributed to the top creators.....

Zaid Syed You don't need to click on or watch something directly related to what is being advertised... That's not how it works. The algorithm will show you things that it thinks you may like even if it has a slight connection to what you have clicked on or watched.
There is one other thing. If I'm not mistaken, companies can sponsor the UA-cam channel and have their ads play for a fee. That's another way advertising works. They decided who to sponsor based on average demographics like any normal advertising company does. They track the average age of all viewers and can better determine if it's worth advertising with the specified individual or not.
To be honest, I haven't seen a fortnite ad anywhere yet. Maybe you can show me the channel?
