Facts, I'm the exact same, I tried to keep an open and unbiased mind throughout. But this cross-examination has simply brought forward too many lies that I cannot remain unbiased. Camille structured it incredibly, first asking questions, then backing up any wrong or somewhat wrong claim of Amber with evidence. While Camille was not perfect today, it brought up more than enough cases in which Amber was clearly lying, as well as Amber accusing at least like 5 witnesses of lying, with a further 5/10 witnesses having contradicting statements to Amber. It is exactly what Laywer You Know said - either Amber is lying, or pretty much everyone other witness - including police officers, bodyguards, Johnny himself, etc. - except herself was lying. I believe this day will definitely help the jury to see through the BS of Amber and get to the right conclusion.

AH is NOT automatically ‘entitled’ to half of JD’s income, from a measly 15 month (contemptuous as hell) marriage, where her friends and family even lived ‘for free’ in JD’s penthouses. Anyone could get married and take advantage of someone to this extreme for a few months, and then walk away with half of their targets worth, if that were actually true. Divorce settlements simply do not work that way.

One thing that she brought up was that she couldn't remember because of PTSD with regards to the SA event (supposedly). Unfortunately, when one has PTSD (I was diagnosed with C-PTSD and have learned to manage it and teach others today) they do NOT forget. It replays over and over in their mind; they have continued reoccurring nightmares of the event which creates triggering...and sometimes this is triggered by certain things and people...but the point here is that when one has PTSD they cannot forget. EMDR therapy and similar therapy's such as EFT are to help one process the traumatic events out of their conscious memory, if you will

Unfortunately, I have several family members who have severe cases of it and I see it just pouring out of Amber. There was nothing Johnny could have done to protect himself because for the first six months to a year she was everything he ever dreamed of. She made herself into his dream woman. Even when she met her attorneys she did the same thing. They were conned by her mental illness. By the time they realized she is sick it was too late. She kicked him in the throat one time and that left his voice box damaged for months, she tried to run over him with a minivan, she took advantage of him financially, she has sex with most of his fellow marines. I talked to her several times warning her that his father was very abusive to us and that being a marine is trained to kill with bare hands, I warned her not to push him, he never did hurt her. She claimed it once to his superior officers and after investigating found not true. The abuse of different kinds different ways after he divorced her up until her death 1 year ago and like reaching from grave still. I was abused by this same son’s Dad so I have seen up close and personal male/ female marriage with abuser being the male AND abuser being a female..Amber is an a number 1 example of an abuser. I 100% agree that Amber is frightening…during one of the recordings she made where she’s calling Johnny a “sell out” & “a joke”, she’s laughing maniacally and using different voices!
She’s taunting him, mimicking what he says and sounds bat sh*t crazy (and/or intoxicated), it gave me chills.

In my view Camille’s cross was very effective even if it wasn’t entirely controlled by Camille, how it came out was however the best that could have happened. I understand daddy Tragos opinions, keeping it tight, yes or no questions etc, but but but, Camille’s way unleashed Amber H. almost diabolic personality. Imagine AH answering “yes” “no” all the time, she could almost have looked “normal”. We knew she lied, we knew the facts, but we (at least I) could never had imagined the degree of her bully and harassing personality. POOR Johnny!

I think you both should have given Camille at least a 9!
Did you factor in the high stakes pressure she was 'or any lawyer would be' under with people lining up since early morning to get a spot to sit in the courthouse, the celebrity/public factor, and the millions of people (fans, lawyers, media, etc.) all watching it live, and Depp's reputation & future are on the line and in her hands..!? Plus the added pressure that it's going to be a hard sell to convince the jury to fully believe Depp's lawyers and rule that it was defamation...!
Also, you need to factor in and give points for having the right person with the right tone for this most critical witness of the entire trial (also goes to 'added pressure')! I don't think it would have been nearly as effective if a male lawyer crossed Heard, or a less feminine lawyer like Elaine Bredehoft. And Camille has a firm, but quite feminine sounding voice (more feminine than Heard's voice, I noticed) & the right tone, which I think is a huge thing in order for the jury to take more seriously what Depp's lawyer said in questioning a female witness who is playing the victim, made/maintains extreme allegations, has acted & lied somewhat convincingly(at least potentially from the jury's perspective)...! Give Camille the .5 bonus points for that on top of the 8.5 for doing an awesome job as a trial lawyer!
