- Losing weight can be really hard. Especially if you are not 100% sure what you are doing wrong.

I lost my husband and mom both in 5 months it was a really big shock to my system and to me emotionally. My daughter was 4 at that time. She is now 18 and since they died I just didnt care about me if I died I would have been happy because I really miss them and life is so hard without them. 7 months ago something just switched and I started eating keto but the cheap way because im still a single parent. Im proud to say I went to weigh yesterday and in total im off 25kg now. You inspired me no one else I saw one off your short videos and something just clicked. you said you like to fast in the morning. Fasting means not taking in anything that has calories. Matcha with coconut milk or almond milk means your fast is broken because that has calories :)
Technically thats true. Maybe „fasting“ is in that sense not the right word. I try to wait with actual food until 12. For me it makes a big difference for my hunger level during the day.
I understood what you meant. I don’t take in food much either in the morning
It’s ok. I have coffee with oat milk in the morning. I’m still down 20 lbs and feel great and intermittent fasting works

Do you find your energy levels lower gyming before eating. Maybe its just getting used to it but finding it hard x your videos are great
Most of the time I habe a coffee before and then I am good to go☺️
Wenn ich nur zuhause viel Sport/Workouts mache dazu viel Bewegung draußen wird etwas überhaupt klappen?
Dr Jack Kruze says never exercise until after you eat because you'll raise your cortisol levels. Also, exercise is better on your body in the afternoon rather than in the morning. Never skip breakfast, if you want to fast either skip lunch, or skip dinner but go to bed early.

Hey Jo, Grüße aus Berlin 😊 ich wollte wissen, wie du es mit dem Defizit gehandhabt hast. Hast du mehr gegessen, als du mit Sport angefangen hast oder gleich viel um schneller abzunehmen?
Wir hast du es geschafft keine schlaff Haut an Bauch und Beinen zu bekommen? Ich weiß Genetik spielt da auch eine große Rolle, aber hast du besonders viel getrunken, bodylotion benutzt, Krafttraining etc? Ich hab auch häufig von bulk and shred gehört um loos skin wieder zu korrigieren. Wie war es bei dir?

Ich habe überschüssige Haut aber man sieht es warscheinlich nicht in Klamotten🤍
Für eine straffe Haut kann ich auf jeden Fall Sauna und danach kalt duschen empfehlen bzw. Temperaturwechsel unter der Dusche... Fasten hilft tatsächlich auch dabei, dass der Körper alte und kranke Zellen recyclet und wieder gesunde frische Zellen bildet.
@@jowuenscheich hab sehr schwabbelige/weiche Haut, treibe viel Sport und nehme andauernd ab(langsam)
