    Hi Phill. Can you Please explain the difference between an PMO based organization vs Projectized organization.

      Hey Sumit!
      Project Management Office (PMO) is defined as “a management structure that standardizes the project-related governance processes and facilitates the sharing of resources, methodologies, tools, and techniques”.
      A project-oriented organization may NOT employ a PMO arrangement BUT could have project management localized at a departmental level and not necessarily through a grand higher-level or central PMO.
      Some firms do both. 😀
