usually tints are used in an ombre way! most of the colour is concentrated in the middle and blended out! it looks super pretty as an asian its my favourite lip look xD
In the future, if you ever find yourself working with lip tints again, try applying them only to the inner/center of your lips and blend them with your fingertips towards your outer lips rather than going for a lipstick-like full coverage! Tints are usually meant for the popular gradient effect that's big in Japan and Korea right now, and it's pretty simple and looks super cute when applied properly! That's likely why it felt strange that it dried so fast and changed colors.

This could also lead to a spin off series , (Not like pokemon chronicles or a reboot), but a whole new series with seasons revolving around may traveling to contests with drew and harley, while the pokemon generation 8 or 9 anime will still be there with ash and his new friends. The series can take place like maybe a 2 months after may and max leave ash and brock.

Living in Korea i will say that the colours were not based off of pokemon, they are just the normal korean makeup colours with pokemon on them.
