Not currently, but its capable of a lot more power, its tuned low. That being said, its pretty fast.

Also is the max power output limited?
Yes it is, the potential is about 11kw, but its limited to 6.5kw, probably to ensure reliability. Its plenty powerful at 72v 6.5kw for the size of the bike.
