Celebrating United Forces & Families (full video)

In honor of Military Appreciation Month, AFA hosted A Celebration of United Forces & Families - a hybrid event celebrating the unique and consistently evolving roles of military spouses on Tuesday, May 30. It was the first hybrid event hosted by AFA's United Forces & Families (F2) program, with in-person attendance at AFA Headquarters in Arlington, Va., and virtual participation around the world.
The first session was a special fireside chat with CSAF Spouse Mrs. Sharene Brown and CSO Spouse Mrs. Jennifer Saltzman sharing their milspouse experiences. The second panel highlighted the diversity of personal milspouse stories by featuring Aaron Evenson, Nicole Murray, and Kirstin Navaroli. Both sessions were moderated by F2 Chair Lyndsey Akers.
