Oh wow, where to start. Pile 2 here. It’s incredible how accurate this is! I just joined a gym for the first time. Ironically, it’s the time in my life where I’ve least needed it. Ever since this year started my body has responded so incredibly well to my new meds that weight has just melted effortlessly after years of insulin resistance, high cortisol, digestive problems, and fatigue. Regardless, I decided to take back my power and not just get lean but get physically and mentally strong. I’ve also been working on a 21-day journaling program aimed to use neuroplasticity to rewire core thoughts. For weeks I’ve been seen the same patterns in my work sheet and in many tarot readings that keep mentioning how the issue lies in my solar plexus. When comparing all the symptoms that arise with that type of blockage and my thought process, I can see the same primary source. Its masking! Specifically adult ADHD masking and the perfectionist toxic traits that come with it. One of the things that I’ve been taking medication for since February, after 33 years without a diagnosis, is ADHD. This has shaken up my life for the better. But it's hard. My stepmother let me say a final goodbye while he was still in a coma but never told my sister and I when he died or let us come to the memorial services. Now we have to take her to court over his estate because she is trying to sell the house without putting him in probate. She threw out all his belongs a week after he died. No one got anything. Pile 2 here. It’s incredible how accurate this is! I just joined a gym for the first time. Ironically, it’s the time in my life where I’ve least needed it. Ever since this year started my body has responded so incredibly well to my new meds that weight has just melted effortlessly after years of insulin resistance, high cortisol, digestive problems, and fatigue. Regardless, I decided to take back my power and not just get lean but get physically and mentally strong.
I’ve also been working on a 21-day journaling program aimed to use neuroplasticity to rewire core thoughts. For weeks I’ve been seen the same patterns in my work sheet and in many tarot readings that keep mentioning how the issue lies in my solar plexus. When comparing all the symptoms that arise with that type of blockage and my thought process, I can see the same primary source. Its masking! Specifically adult ADHD masking and the perfectionist toxic traits that come with it. One of the things that I’ve been taking medication for since February, after 33 years without a diagnosis, is ADHD. This has shaken up my life for the better. But it's hard. I can see how having to accommodate for so many years to social conventions has affected my mind, body, and spirit tremendously. I’ve had to rediscover who I am without the mask. Yes, what’s blossoming is a physical change regarding exercise, and yes, it’s gonna be a thousand times easier than before and I do feel how easy I could be tempted to let it all go. But I won’t because the other thing that’s blossoming is my authentic self. No more masking. Not in my artwork, with my passions or with my personality - as you said - my true self can be charming enough. Thank you so much for giving me much strength and validation through this journey.

My father died in June. My stepmother let me say a final goodbye while he was still in a coma but never told my sister and I when he died or let us come to the memorial services. Now we have to take her to court over his estate because she is trying to sell the house without putting him in probate. She threw out all his belongs a week after he died. No one got anything. My father passed away 8 months ago and he had promised me my inheritance of a Bible with the family tree and family history documents and my late grandmother’s ashes. I’m still waiting patiently for his wife to give me those things as she has already moved on to a new relationship. The last time I sent her a text asking about my grandparents things was in June.
