Chase Young was one of the first villains that I legitimately loved and enjoyed. He was one of the innovators for me, and a big reason I tend to side with and enjoy villains more than many heroes. He will always be a personal hero to me, even if he was on the dark side. We share the most fatal flaw: I feel the need to be needed and wanted, just as he needed to be the best. I adored him as a character, and it's a shame to see what Chronicles has made of him and this once great show. Excellent tribute to a deserving character. :)

That's why Chase Young is a great villain, a great character. He is a great villain because he is a great hero, when we see him burning those people or putting the world in darkness we know that he is doing this because of the good, he is being evil because he chosed to corrupt himself in order to avoid the worst future, he did the greatest sacrifice of all the time, he sacrificed his own goodness to save the world. That is one of the main reasons of why Chase Young is my favorite character of all the time, and will always be, all the metaphors, all the lesons behind this character, can change your world view. Chase Young is the greatest hero of all the time. "This is not the future I would have chosen, but it is the one that must be."
RenanLSMaster that's why he helps omi especially throughout the series he's smart not to reveal the future but the fact is when he first fights omi in the present he remembers him but he's smart not to reveal that or else he would say "it's been a while it's good to see you again old friend" and he still helps because his good side is still there fighting

Imagine if the real reason chase originally turned evil was because he foresaw all this or remembered it slightly, and decided it was a necessary sacrifice to secure only the minimal amount of evil would occur.
One might argue that this was a self-fulfilling timeline... and that Omi's actions were always a part of the past, including the creation and later correction of the timeline. Which would also explain Chase's preoccupation with Omi, knowing who he would become, and the part Omi would play in Chase's past

at the end when Mundo fights him and all the other villains it reminds of how Itachi sacrifice himself for the good of the world.Someone had to take that potion, aleast with Jack the world is in sort of a balance.

The clown thing made me laugh so hard :D well i have my theory which i describe in my fanfic that Guan will go to the future with sands of Time, thats why it was in garden in the Temple.
