My great grand mother on my father's side was half Cherokee. On my mother's side, my great grand mother was part Creek and part black foot. I keep coming back to to my native American roots. If I could just find a true native and ask, who is full of knowledge, them questions, I'd be so relieved. I must know more. I was raised Christian, but I just need to learn the 'true' word. I just keep running to it. I've been running towards native american beliefs my entire life, even before I knew of my ancestors. They all passed before I was born. I can feel people's emotions before I even speak to them, I sometimes know what will happen before it happens. I have dreams that sometimes come true. Science can't tell me why, but I feel like they could. I feel like they can tell me the truth, not the industrial truth we all live by! I've felt lost my entire life. Native american beliefs just make more since to me. It seems like the truth!
If anyone could point me towards someone who I could just chat with, please, send me in their direction! Thanks!

Hii!! I have Chowanoke and Cherokee. Chowanoke on my dads side, and Cherokee on my moms side. I’ve always wished to meet a Native American as well, because I have so many questions. I wish we knew more

It's all about energy I think as a child I suffered from horrible nightmares then my grandma got me a dream catcher and instantly they went away now I'm 37 and I always have a dreamcatcher in my bedroom I've tried not to have it one night the nightmares instantly came back.. I'm a white boy but I deeply respect the Native Americans beliefs and heritage they've discovered a great thing with catching negative dreams enter your mind while your sleep

I'm a Celestial father whose been sent from many lifetimes to tell you that one meaning of a dreamcatcher is that we are supposed to make a 100 km spherical dreamcatcher and add an elevator on the side so we can send things to the top of the Dreamcatcher and launch space crafts into outer space using Gunpowder
A two-dimensional dreamcatcher is a symbol of a map of the universe which is explaining to us how we are supposed to go to other planets and hopefully somebody will help me complete this mission
Our mission on this planet is to put life on other planets and to show the creatures in the other universes that we help all life forms that come to us and only give the best to all the life
My teaching is not the only teaching, but it is one which I hope we accomplish

It's amazing that, in the 90's, I frequently participated in Dreamcatcher workshops as a child, in the UK, in Christian organisations. So Removed from the original significance as to just become a piece of Arts and Crafts.

Cultural appropriation. That's quite hilarious. From your research, were you able to discern any kind of factual background on the dream catcher? 5:58 We are talking about an oral history. Filtered through an internet algorithm. How does a child interpret the stories of their grandparents? What do they pass down to their grandchildren?
Google the electric universe and the Thunderbolts project. And don't forget the new chronology and the mud flood.
It appears there could be more truth to our ancient myths than we even comprehend. It appears there were likely people who witnessed the beginning of time. A time when the stars became visible. And we had our first night and day. How many times were cities destroyed and rebuilt again? Our oral histories must reflect these events.
And that's another thing our oral histories all across the planet have similarities. As if we all witnessed the same events. And may have been part of a global civilization.
How much of our history is actually the history of the giants and long heads? These people seem to have died out with the dinosaurs.

Cultural appropriation? I mean, is that not what you are doing? I'm not native, but I respect natives, because these people are incredibly powerful, spiritually, physically, and mentally. These people know things we probably cannot even fathom. Yet, you have the brass to sit here, say they aren't decor, but then proceed to sell decorative versions of them? Its literally down below, you tagged the products. It seems like you're using their culture as a means to enrich yourself, are you not? If so, thats quite disrespectful and it shows you lack integrity & honor.

Is this not why they have information about the significance behind them on their website? I’m not sure if you saw, but they are also affiliated with a charity program to give back to the community using some of the earnings from their products. As far as I would like to believe, sounds like they are doing their part.

@@gabrielaramirez449 Its still technically cultural appropriation, even with the good intentions. Your making your own version of something that is not a natural part of your culture, and its decorative. Its not made by a native who truly has a deep understanding of the culture and the purpose of the item.

The most common form of cultural appropriation is seen on tattoos I know a very religious person from the catholic religion that is foccused only on her believes. She has a huge dream catcher tattooed on her torso. I can garantee you that she doesn't t even care what it means. She just likes to aprecio to be edgy and I bet that She thinks it is just pretty. For me it is a lack of respect to the native culture. If One has a symbol tattood on the body, it's meaning must be known at least. I AM a spiritualist and I bare no tattoos.
