I wish that I didn't live so far away from NY, Would love to come and see the process of modern day making of Maple Syrup. I have only seen the old way of bucket and pails and the old way of boiling syrup. I really enjoyed this video, Thank you for sharing.

Hi Charlotte watch from Brisbane, Queensland. Interested to know, the other people that bring in sap, do you buy the sap off them or do you contract produce syrup for them. I come from agricultural background. Find the Maple Syrup process super interesting
great question! We buy the sap - prices are based off the sugar content of the sap because that determines how much syrup we'll actually be able to make with it

What brand is your evaporator? I have a smaller Leader, King style drop flue. I have the same plugs to reverse the flow. Nice video. Thanks
