In this video, I answer a lot of your questions about my life at the moment, my belly piercing, my relationship status, school, ADHD, Stomach problems and more. I am actually totally rubbish at giving advice so I'm sorry about that.

Also yes I have been diagnosed by my psychiatrist with ADHD inattentive type. However, he thinks it is a symptom of my anxiety disorder which is why it gets worse in stressful situations like exams. I have tried meds for it but they make the anxiety too bad and don’t mix well with other meds.

I wasn't going to comment, at least until I saw this, people can sometimes go overboard with advice and comments. I also have stomach issues, anxiety, and a form of ADHD. As a child in a small mining town in Canada the teachers got together and told my mom I was mentally handicapped. Long trip to the city and I tested a childhood IQ of 180, shrink had a few words to say about the teachers. He also said I would either be a rocket scientist or drop out. I did both, dropped out and left home at 14. I had achieved my black belt and just wanted to be a martial arts instructor. But I learned people don't take you seriously without a high school diploma, no matter what job you do.
The main thing I heard was how could I be trusted to follow through with a job if I couldn't even finish high school? I stayed with an uncle who was an electronics engineer, rent free under the condition I read his encyclopedias. At 16 I looked into going back to school, but thanks to Uncle Art when I wrote placement exams I scored university level on everything but math, so after sitting some math classes in night school, they just gave me a diploma. A lot of doors opened up because of that piece of paper. So long story short I think you made the right choice. On another note weight lifting, training martial arts, yoga and Tai Chi especially are tremendous help with anxiety. Herbals like chamomile tea also seem to help. Good luck with everything.

Graduating year 12 tomorrow and it’s very scary, yeah 12 is very very hard and iv had to put a lot of work into this year. However I love school so I’m going to miss it but this year has just been the worst to graduate, I have to graduate over livestream tomorrow so it feels like iv gone through all these years for nothing but have to look on the bright side

I enjoyed this video Lily. I also left school after year 11 cause i struggled pretty bad with study as well. I actually feel like i learn better with on job real life training & experience, rather then reading & tests. Its good you know what you want to do after school, i wish i could figure out my career passion. I mean i work now & its a good job, but not really my all time dream.

hi lily! i struggle with adhd and an anxiety disorder and i highly recommend sertraline and vyvanse. i started taking sertraline first for my anxiety and then i started taking vyvanse. vyvanse is great cause you can go off it at any time and it’s easy to up or lower your dose. Anyway sertraline itself can really help with ADHD. Lol sorry for the long doctor talk aha. Hope you figure it out x

OMMG i do Geography too!! the exam was like kinda hard but like easy
Another company told me that they put silicone in there shampoo and conditioner for curly hair and it literally ruined my hair when I wanted to use difffent products it literally felt like straw for weeks but my hair smelt amazing using it

same lily i can't be motivated. It's gotten to the point where i can't even be motivated to watch a movie or show all the way through.
I dropped out of mainstream high school and went to VCAL, whilst simultaneously doing my Diploma of Nursing. I never struggled academically but mainstream school just didn't work for me.
It's not worth suffering to only get a result that is going to be compared to everybody else. Do what works for you boo.

Maybe I should have explained it better. We have tried meds for it but it just made my anxiety so much worse and I’m already on antidepressants so they didn’t really work well. It’s the inattentive type too so is only really obvious in a school environment x
