He’ll yea bro. After seeing ur older revo vids I basically built my revo using ur mod list and that was after my Revo was converted to a big block with a modded 28. I just recently picked up a new 21tm after the truck sat for three years and getting back at it again. Been running 1/8 nitro buggies&truggies in between. And I must say after doing the big block conversion and dealing with all of the headaches that go along with building such a rig, the Revo couldn’t be more perfect and more fun with just the 21tm and some other simple mods. Overpowering the Revo can be fun for a short time but it’s just not worth it to me.
regged rooted yes. I had an issue with the connecting rod. It had a crack in it from the factory. So i would take the backing plate off. Anf inspect the con rod for any cracks before you run it in.
The motor is a O.S 21TM, with ceramic bearings, modified for bump start. THS pipe and header. M2R 3 shoe clutch. RRP Forward only conversion, 2 speed, with all metal transmission gears. MIP Spline steal axles. RPM suspension arms and axle carries. Upgraded bearings axle bearings. Savox SC1256TG Servo Alloy servo saver arm. RPM Bumper mounts TBR wheelie bar and front skid. Alloy turn buckles, and push rods. Tekno receiver and batter box upgrade, Bigger fuel tank, Fuel filter. Sway bar kit, Roll cage, Pro-line tires, Pro-line body post. Alloy throttle arm, Alloy shock supports, and much more!
