First 2K video, and probably the only one for a while! I decided to do a classic Mün mission (also mentioned here: twitter.com/Danny_2462/status/1376349922031702024 ), but fullscreen and with unlocked FPS on my recently acquired 2K 170 Hz monitor, for eyecandy. Ended up recording this, without switching back to 1080p. Enjoy the worst Mün landing tutorial ever! The easiest way to return from the Mün is a powerful rocket engine pointing upward on your moon base. When it points retro grade simply fire it up and jump into the exhaust flame.
How to break a VAB. drag something with clamps outside VAB,really far(no mods). laumch it. Revert launch to VAB the vab is broken, but we can do it further. Go to spaceplane hangar. Make a thing with clamps. Switch to vab. EVEN MORE BROKEN. Your KSP will crash after some time. congratulations. You broke the VAB from the inside.
Lies! UA-cam commenters agree that my Mün tutorial is the worst! But I was not smart enough to use random spawning cubes to move my Kerbals through the air. Bravo, dear sir!
DUUUUUUDE! I have NEVER thought of that before. I should tell NASA they forgot something that would make the entire moon landing SO much easier. Just ignore gravity! Amazing!
OMFGS step 2 - I did that once - my Kerbal was accidentally left in the orbiter, and not in the lander! I wanted my science points back, so I did the nastiest basejump ever 😁 Dilwise Kerman bounced and slid for over a kilometer before stopping. Thankfully I had a rover. Well, an RC car with a kerbal chair 😂😂😂
One time, I got Jeb stuck on the mun by using my first career rocket to orbit the mun to land (it didn’t have landing legs) and tipped over And I couldn’t get the rocket back up, it didn’t have strong reaction wheels and if I turned on engine, it would drag on the floor and explode So, I had the daring idea to turn on the engine, put Jeb on a eva, and jumped before it exploded, I used the rcs pack to get a orbit like what you did to get back to the space craft And I sent a rescue craft, also, there was no charge and I can’t use sas to have the craft heat shield first so it would burn up So I used the rcs pack to push Jeb and Val (who came to save Jeb) to slow them enough to be safe and used parachutes Today, I did a minmus landing and I got on a angled piece of land, and even with landing legs, it didn’t want to stay up So I used bill place a rocket to put it up Then I had a problem, I wanted to get 2 samples, but my capsule can’t store them both So I used the engine exhaust to push (I forgot the Kerbal name :( ) high up and used rcs pack to get to orbit
I used the eva jetpack to get away from minmus with the ship, along the 30 minutes of eva i found out i was on a crash collision with the mun so 20 more minutes of eva and then finnaly 25 minutes of eva to get backto kerbin

"A small orthopedic readjustment is well worth the dV savings"
- Bradley Whistance, KSP youtuber
words to live by
It's scary how true that is too, given the tyranny of the rocket equation.
Δv
Danny's name is bradley? Wow. I have the same name
@@bradleon1926 bradley is a different yter
Instructions unclear. Val is now on a collision course with Eeloo
Really? I got ejected onto interstellar space. In real life.
I mis-read that and thought you said Vaal is on a collision course with Eeloo.
:thonk:
Val or Vall?
Valentina
Imagine orbiting the Mun to land on it lmao.
Just fold spacetime so the Mun occupies the same space as Kerbin and dig.
This channel in a nutshell
you sound like my uncle
Acktually you'd still be orbiting it, just in a big shell
For my Mün landing tutorial. Step 1: Land on Mün. Step 2: Congrats, you landed on Mün.
THAT'S THE WAY WE CAN GET THING DONE AND HOW I DO IT, IT'S EASY AND SIMPLE CAUSE YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO
That actually helped..
@@myriadleviathan h o w wouldn’t that be common sense

Step 3: Realize you are stuck there forever...
danny: save fuel by crashing
spacex: NOTED
*wheeze*
last time I was this early the planet buster worked
I think danny has plenty of ways to bust a planet
Last time I was this early i wasn't
You can still bust planets by crashing the game and ending kerbal reality by uninstalling
I wonder what your Kerbals are thinking when they see you assigning them to a crew module. *visible fear*
Imagine being a beginner and learning to land on the mun from this video
edit: Thanks for the likes
Just gotta, there they're flying
Been playing since 2016, still most helpful tutorial i've ever seen.
Step one: be on orbit around the Mün.
Me, with N1 style rocket: "I can do that!"
Ah yes the munwalking
This was an amazing tutorial Danny lol
I learned a lot
Didn't expect to see you here.
@@averageinserter3275 Well yea
I used that ignore gravity trick to get back to orbit when i ran out of fuel in my lander
Wie hast du das geschafft?
3:20 Finally! I can have battle with another Master of Ignoring gravity!
The secret of flying, is forgetting how to fall.

i love the warble effect
I love your channel so much I've been watching for years, keep up the good work😊
Instructions unclear, made an Apollo style lander and landed on Ike where one of my three Kerbals got killed because of timewarp.

Human: Apollo 11.
Kerbal: J U M P!
This is a great tutorial it taught me alot about some of the "features" in the game. That Scott Manley guy doesn't know what he's doing.
My smart side of my brain: Literally, how is this possible? How did he do it all?
My funny side of the brain: Valentina Kerman go brrrrrrrrr
DUUUUUUDE!
I have NEVER thought of that before.
I should tell NASA they forgot something that would make the entire moon landing SO much easier.
Just ignore gravity!
Amazing!
thanks to you, jebediah is on a course intersecting eve’s atmosphere, and he doesn’t even have a capsule
I actually got that same walking on nothing glitch on the mun 😂
This was a really high quality tutorial it worked out quite well as it enabled me to land on the mun for the first time
Nice 2k quality! Keep up the great vids!
OMG Tysm this was super helpful
That crash into the Mun arch fucking got me man.
Instructions unclear, Spacecraft has landed at the sun
I guess i could say...
She's the Moonwalker now.
Best Tutorial I've Ever Seen!
oh wow this is just like the classic videos, I love it
I've been doing wrong all this time!
Instructions unclear, landed and returned perfectly normally instead.
ah yes, whack a kerbal is the best way to travel
Thank you for your wisdom friend
Ah yes, the classic Mun mission. Good old times, laughing at "gravity" and "dV" and other such nonsensical "science".

Instructions unclear, ended up crumpling Kerbin
I actually learned a thing or two... thanks!
thank you danny, very cool
Steal fuel - so you need to land to land?
Ah yes, the floor here is made out of floor
This title sounds very exciting
But I must sleep
I like now, leave open, watch in the morning.
Gravity is more of a suggestion at this point
it technically a therory, just a genraly acepted one
So helpful i cant believe it

One very hard to understand tutorial for man, one very easy to follow tutorial for kerbal’s!
bradley whistance would be proud

Today, I did a minmus landing and I got on a angled piece of land, and even with landing legs, it didn’t want to stay up
So I used bill place a rocket to put it up
Then I had a problem, I wanted to get 2 samples, but my capsule can’t store them both
So I used the engine exhaust to push (I forgot the Kerbal name :( ) high up and used rcs pack to get to orbit
I'm so glad that im not the only one that does this. Bruh imagine landing with your landing legs hahahaha
I'm gonna do this in real life! Now, where can I buy an Object Thrower?
