for those asking how to get Secret Chairhead Agent
1. You need to select hardcore (4:37)
2. Beat "Chaos Mode" in hardcore
3. After beating "Chaos Mode" choose "???" mode which is also called "Nightmare Mode"
4. Beat "Nightmare Mode" in hardcore (around 10 waves and you get new character)

4:37 you can't select "??? Mode" from here. So every time you want to attempt to beat "??? Mode" you have to beat "Chaos Mode" and select "??? Mode".
