You just simply write the following information 1. What is the shape? either spheres, rods, fibres, cubic, .... 2. Size means diameter, radius, height, length, etc.. 3. Distribution of the particles, whether randomly or uniform 4. Surface texture whether smooth or rough ... The list goes on .....
@@qamarwali I have some SEM images in low zoom 300 um (and I need to interpret the particles less and equal to 2.5 um, should I doing again the analysis or I can zoom it with this Software?? Answer please 🥺
@djedidmana3405 I think you can repeat the SEM analysis but report what you have in hand. You can also take help from XRD or TEM to confirm the particle size. For better analysis, take the SEM images at very different magnification.....
Video is full of knowledge but I have some basic doubt.
which software is used for the size measurement of nanorod and how we can use it.
Image J. It is very common software. I have made a lot of videos on it. Please do watch it.
Thank you very much for your comment

Hi , I want to know how much ( in mg ) minimum sample is needed for fesem characterisation ?
I don't know actually the minimum amount. For FESEM, very small amounts work. BTW, in mg is too much
