    I am gonna be honest, I feel anxious about Noah getting little views. I hope he can keep doing what he loves and that more people can discover his advice. He helped me a lot, in a way most people weren't able to.

    Sometimes I get stuck in a loop of just having to do something. It's great that at the end you mentioned doing something for yourself but I think it's also important to not do anything.
    Because we all think that constantly we are suppose to be doing something and we can't just sit with ourselves in silence.

    Some years back I was in a dark place with no wait out. YOU and others were a big help to not only guide towards the way out, but show me how to love myself. U matter in this world, please know that your content has helped many learn to love themselves. That's the first step out of the depression web. Much love to U. Don't stop pouring out your content. Don't ever stop!

    Thanks for the reminder Noah. I don't know where I got this from but I tend to think "I always have to be productive and shouldn't waste time". I will try allow myself to relax.

    i am.., enjoying my situation. kinda hard, but i keep thinking positive in everything. the standard level of happiness can be different, but i think it's okay to have just a cheap simple happiness point. as long as i can help everyone around me it feels success . because it gets me so happy that i am useful.

    Hey Noah. A little about me, I'm 25 and I recently quit my job because I broke my foot at a soccer match. I went through surgery etc.. But the psychological damage wasn't far from the physical. Thank you for the relief you make me develop.

    "A group of tourists sit in a bus that is passing through gorgeously beautiful country, lakes and mountains and green fields and rivers. But the shades of the bus are pulled down. They do not have the slightest idea of what lies beyond the windows of the bus. And all the time of their journey is spent squabbling over who will have the seat of honor in the bus, who will be applauded, who will be well considered. And so they remain, until journeys end." - Anthony De Mello

    If you no longer work to accomplish things, then wouldn't life get boring after awhile? Isn't the desire to improve and work towards goals what keeps life exciting?

    • @NoahElkrief
      @NoahElkrief  2 роки тому +2

      Hey Ryan, there is certainly nothing wrong with working to accomplish things. There can be a lot of joy in that. I love to accomplish things. But, if that's how you look for self-worth or safety, it's not going to be so enjoyable. This video is not against accomplishing things, it's about allowing yourself to enjoy what you accomplish, and allowing yourself to enjoy the journey of life, as opposed to looking for happiness at arbitrary end points of accomplishment.
