7:19 if you declare Stratos pop effect. Opponent can respond. He then pops in resolving window. Meaning you can't chain the card he pops at that moment any more. Not that it mattered at this specific time, cause he would always chain BTH there to prevent his MF to be popped. (Cause Stratos has to be on the field during resolving) So same end result luckily
