Why CAG, Niti Ayog, Central vigilence commission can not investigste into this matter, since it is a matter of state exchequer Are not there any govt agencies and regulatory bodies to surveill, summon and ensure viability and quality control over the Mammoth projects, I am surprised at the present case. When 2 G auction took place, It was brought to notice of Court by torch bearers. Whenever any public fund is subjected for use, misuse or presumed to have been misused, the Regulatory bodies have to intervene, investigate, assess and bring the facts to Light foregoing the corruption. The Viability, awarding or assigning or nominating such works to contractors or agencies, there should be a mechanism to permit, monitor and question. If state govt is in question, can not the establishment of Union intervene? That is bothering me

Impossible to have motors than can run at 98 to 99.5% efficiency. That is what they claimed orally. But to my RTI's on Pump efficiency and pumping efficiency so far they have not given me proper answer. Why are they hiding the information? Even in "ideal" conditions the pumps efficiency cannot be 99.5%. These pump consists of an Electrical motor and a mechanical centrifugal pump. Yes only the electrical motor efficiency can reach upto 99.5% efficiency, that too when the power quality has a power factor of perfect 1. The electrical motor + the mechanical pump can never reach the anywhere close to 98 % efficiency even in ideal conditions. Now if you take the intake losses, the output losses, the eddy current losses, friction losses and then for the overall pumping losses you add the leakage losses, seepage losses and evaporation losses, then you will not get an overall efficiency of more than 80%. If you factor in bad design and poor maintenance and poor quality of the power with a power factor of 0.9 or 0.8 (usually common on Indian grids) plus the transmission losses. One can expect the overall efficiency of the electrical systems, the mechanical systems and the hydraulic systems to be less than 70%.
It's simple to understand this whole thing as ruthless dhopidi/dhaga. To loot big money, needed to do big things. By carefully observing will one can understand this how fast this project is done!!! That it self explains its main intentions of project.

Shall it brought to the notice of court and get a direction to Govt and rectify it… what is what should be known to the public….this is my openion..but rectification work should be done on war footings…..

Kondareddy garu , I heard it is 11kv motors . These motors generally 98 to 99.5 % efficient.
