You are a real Inspiration… I relapsed from my ED and I watch you to give me some inspiration and guidance on how to pick myself up and carry on and not give up so thank you for all the videos I You upload! Your a beautiful human being ❤
i know you get your nails done but you can get a nail polish top coast (i can’t remember what it’s called, sorry!) that tastes really gross & it can help you to stop biting your nails! it really helped me to break the habit of it too xxx
Did you in your eating disorder struggle with compulsive movement and exercise? How is your relationship with movement now and how did you managed to get their? Would be really helpful to hear about it, because I struggle with movement a lot because of my anorexia.
hey! I didn't struggle much with compulsive exercise, however I did with feeling like I always have to be moving even if that meant making extra trips to the kitchen than needed or something like that! going into recovery I definitely used exercise as a cover up to be like 'im healthy now look I can exercise' when actually it was my ed brain making me exercise as I had gained weight.. the way I dealt with this is completely cutting out exercise, even walks! until my brain realised that exercise isn't about numbers and I realised all the amazing health benefits that came from exercise, that is when I started exercising again my lovely! :) I hope you can get to this point too💕
Loved the video as always…. Your handstands! Wow wow… is it literally just practice every day any other tips 😮 I need these tips please ❤❤ Ps. I used to read lots then fell out of love with it so last year I tried to read everyday minimum a page or two, ideally 10 mins or so and now a year and a half later I have managed everyday!
YAYY!! thanks so much my lovely :) aww, honestly im still working on them and its hard when I don't feel im progressing that much, but yeah literally just practice practice practice! depends on the week, but practicing varies from 1x a week-6x a week, could be 2 mins or 2 hours🙈 honestly, just whatever feels right on the day :) just listening to my body when I want to practice haha🥰 sorry if that hasn't helped like at all! wow, that's amazing! do you recommend any books? ps, love you xx
