I had no idea this plugin was so capable and I've had it a LONG time. Thanks so much!

Honestly, I only like this option for when no harmonies were done on tracking day… and if there’s for some reason no way to get the singer back in or no way to use a different vocalist for harmony. It’s a last resort, I mean listen to it lol. I can’t possibly comprehend how or why anybody would compare real harmonies to these and even consider them being anywhere near the same ballpark.
Only other reasonable uses would be: 1). For intentional effect. Maybe you want brittle/lifeless harmony for some artistic reason, that’s fine. And 2). For quick demonstration purposes. Either you’re short on time or the singer doesn’t comprehend the concept.
It’s definitely a super useful plugin and I actually do use it more often than I may seem. I’m just trying to clarify, it’s not a good replacement for real harmony, do the hard work… it sounds better…

Right, there will never be a replacement for an actual harmony vocal by a live singer-all the soul is completely lost with this but I'll admit it's definitely a fun toy though based on this video but fun can get old real quick...

The weirdest thing to me is at the beginning he complained about having to line up syllables and pitch correct everything? like just... don't do that. it'll sound more like a real choir if you keep those micro timing and pitch variations in, and it means less work!

@@TiagoNugentComposer lol Yea. Like every single thing needs to be absolutely perfect. People fall into this trap with many aspects of recording. It diminishes the quality of work while literally eating up more of your time, for nothing.

Sounds a little beat metalic becuse of that "bright" but does the same effect, so u win a lot of time for the same result...great

Do you use this on the insert of the lead vox or set it up on an aux track?

Thanks for the video! It answered a lot of questions. How would one build a hard rock or metal background aka "gang" vocal track. Kiss' I Love It Loud comes to mind. Sadly I didn't recognize one name in your "artist" section. I'm ancient!!😹😹😹😹😹

Not as thick sounding, but it does sound great! Its hard to duplicate the same thing even doing the same.

Hi! The harmonies I generate sound too robotic. Am I doing something wrong?

i mean,,,, its nice, but sounds flat af. same thing as with guitars, double track is always better. those discrepincies is what makes it all sound thick

This in no way will make BGVs a thing of the past...The harmonies sound no better than Antares' Harmonizer...You can get better results with Melodyne.

It is good but It does not feel "organic". old fashioned and all, inefficient and all but it feels better with the organic way

i think the edit that you did is to much that it actually took the spirt of the choir .. don't edit it to much

It works very well but I prefer the real singers, they don't have that autotune warble effect.
