From minute 8:27 to 9:00 very much like the Buddhist 12 links of interdependent origination. Becoming aware of the gaps between the thoughts is also a Buddhist meditation instruction.
Thank you so much, Suzanne, for bringing this through. It put me in my heart chakra for pretty much the entire session.

Like a bellow blowing a hearth fire to new life, your words breathe comfort and show the way to shelter in to the heart lite during the occasional storms of life. Thank you Suzanne and Sanaya❤️🌹❤️

The teaching is very profound and we tend to forget who we are in our daily life. Thanks Sanaya and Suzanne.

I did not make any comments about this - you have the wrong Sara Blackwell. Please make a note of this. Thanks

I'm not going to lie. The accent is kinda silly. My critical mind is pretty much going into overload.

@@sarablackwell5267 I've read many books on the subject. I do find it concerning that for all of these people talking to more advanced beings they never offer anything to truly benefit humanity. Just nice words.

@@junikafer141 Read the most popular two books. Contains nothing mindblowing.
I thought Robert Wagoner's "lucid dreaming" and Michael Harner's "cave and cosmos" were much more profound, as well as Robert Monroe's material.

@@trackerbuckmann1627 Okay the're not bad but the subjects are very limitated. And there is nothing new.
