Shrimp Rolls

Ingredients:
Shrimp (1.5 pounds, peeled, keep the tail on)
Chicken bouillon powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Salt 3/4 tsp
Black pepper 2/4 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
6 cloves garlic (minced)
1 egg (To seal egg roll wrappers)
One 20 pack of egg roll wrappers (Cut into 4 to get 80 sheets)
