I'm in the middle of diagnosing a bent driveshaft and stabilizers on my klf300 4x4. I think the bike was in a serious accident that the previous owner never mentioned. Bike sits low on the left rear side and the entire differential seems to move with how bent the shaft is.
Your videos have helped me some and I definitely appreciate it.
Have you ever heard of someone making a custom set of stabilizers or just make a swing arm? I'm trying to make my kawi better than any Honda 300 so I'm attempting to do a 4 inch stretch and a going to figure out how to make a custom gear reduction.

I have an 89' bayou 4x4 300 I've been working on. Today I replaced the rear right wheel bearing and I can't get the axle back into the diff? Any ideas? The left bearings need to be done too, and probably other stuff, but I just want to get the axle back in on the right side and get the bike out of my garage. I've tried wiggling around and trying to pound the axle back in, with the outter brake drum still attached, and it just don't seem to want to go in at all. Another thing is when I took the back right wheel off, the whole axle and drum fall off the bike, the rear bearing was blown out and only the outter casing was left.... I can't seem to find any help on this.

I figured it out. You have to take the whole axle tube out to slide it in if the bearing is already in... but what I did was take the new bearing out, slid the axle in, then put bearing over the axle and pounded it back in. Worked perfectly, and saved me time from taking the whole rear end off. Thanks for the reply, appreciate it.
